The wonderfulness in the ordinary
In the mortal world, most people run hard on the road from reality to dreams. And most people may not reach the end of success. What they end up writing is just ordinary life. But there may be many people who have spent their entire lives without understanding that the charm of life actually lies in the process of running. When we enjoy the ordinary, we are enjoying the infinite splendor of life.
In reality, most of us are ordinary people, but we don’t know that greatness can also appear in the ordinary. Socrates said: "Everyone has a sun, just let it shine." Work is an indispensable part of life, a means of making a living, and a window to find happiness. No matter what kind of ordinary job position ordinary people are in, or whether they are doing extremely ordinary things, they will take responsibility, devote themselves wholeheartedly, and do their work well.
Life is not perfect. Many times, we are not the darlings of life, and we have no choice, such as birth, career, etc., so we can only choose to be ordinary, slowly learn to accept the unchangeable fate and suffering, and turn melancholy into strength. Many times, we have many choices, such as laughing or crying, being happy or sad, optimistic or pessimistic, so we learn to fight with fate to find our own value and our own life trajectory.
There are many ordinary teachers around us. They are ordinary and real, passionate and straightforward, down-to-earth and diligent. They regard the ordinary education work as a lifelong career. The spring breeze and spring rain moisten things and moisten the heart. When spring goes and autumn comes, flowers bloom and fall, and peaches and plums are fragrant. They "work at sunrise and rest at sunset", day after day, year after year, working diligently on the three-foot podium during the day, and working tirelessly on the Qingdeng keyboard at night. Treat ordinary life as a kind of enjoyment, regardless of fame and fortune, and become spiritually rich. When you are among them, you will always feel their positive and optimistic attitude, delicate and enthusiastic emotions, and perseverance. Because they deeply understand that happiness lies in their dedication to children and in the ordinary teaching process. They believe that extraordinary results can be achieved in ordinary things.
But ordinary is by no means mediocre. Ordinary people are content with ordinary lives, but they are making extraordinary efforts. Ordinary people treat others with a normal heart, know how to restrain their sharp edges, and know their own conscience and responsibility as a human being. Mediocre people, on the other hand, live passively. They are not content with being ordinary, but because they give up their efforts, they will always be onlookers with nothing in this world.
We will not reject the ordinary, but we must stay away from mediocrity and choose perfection. Everyone should regard themselves as an outstanding artist, not a mediocre craftsman, and should always live and work with a normal heart. Only in this way can you go from ordinary to extraordinary.
Plato said: "Conquering yourself is the greatest victory. Accumulating the ordinary is accumulating excellence." Let us first conquer ourselves and realize our extraordinary life value in ordinary life.
