2. Short-term training courses seek "liveness" and mainly provide on-the-job training for enterprises.

On-the-job training strives to cooperate with departments such as “labor stations”, “safety supervision offices” and “police stations” to provide pre-job comprehensive quality training to workers of various enterprises. At present, there are about 10,000 migrant workers in the town. They are a strong main force of production in our town. However, they come from all over the world, and their cultural level, ideological quality, safety awareness, and environmental adaptability are very different. They have great impact on enterprise production and social security. The environment has certain adverse effects.

Strive to cooperate with "labor stations", "safety supervision offices" and "police stations" to provide pre-job training (on-the-job training) to workers recruited by various enterprises. The content of the training can include production technology, safety knowledge, legal knowledge, family planning management regulations, etc. Its purpose is: to raise the awareness of migrant workers about production safety and reduce the occurrence of production accidents; to enhance the awareness of migrant workers to abide by laws and regulations, to reduce the violation of laws and disciplines by migrant workers, and to improve the public security environment; to strengthen the education of migrant workers on family planning and transportation knowledge. In short, the purpose is to improve the work quality of employees in various industries in our town so that xxxx school in our town can truly serve the enterprise.
