Naga, one of the eight Indian sects, is the pronunciation of Sanskrit "Li Long". The dragon in ancient Indian mythology is not a creature with antlers, snakes, horses, faces, dogs, legs, tigers and claws as imagined by China people, but only a giant snake in the sea. In "World of Warcraft" and "Warcraft", the Naga people were originally the nobles of the night elves-the upper elves. Fascinated by eternal energy, these powerful people abuse magic without restraint. Later, confused by Sageras Sargeras, they created a portal in well of eternity, through which Sargeras could invade the world of Azeroth. The behavior of the upper elves led to the first invasion of the Burning Legion and the outbreak of ancient wars. After that, well of eternity collapsed and the upper elves sank to the bottom of the sea. Most of the upper elves are cursed forever and transformed into the monster naga.
