Pre-Qin:? Qu Yuan

If you want to stay less energetic, it will be dusk.

I told xi that he should be cautious and look forward to it, but don't push it.

There is a long way to go in Xiu Yuan, and I will go up and down.

After drinking too much, the horses in the salty pond always rest on hibiscus flowers.

When the wood breaks, blow the sun and chat with the sheep.

Vernacular: I wanted to stay in Lingsuo for a while, and the sunset was dusk. I ordered him to stop whipping and go slow, lest the sun get close to that mountain. The road ahead is long, and I will pursue my ideal wholeheartedly. Let my horse drink in the salty pool and tie the reins to the hibiscus tree. If I break a branch to block the sun, I can wander leisurely for a while.

Extended data

This masterpiece was written when Qu Yuan was exiled to the south of the Yangtze River. It was a poet's work full of patriotic passion and expressing his worries. Qu yuan felt that his way of governing the country could not be accepted by the king of Chu, so he had to walk away in grief and indignation to seek an ideal way of life.

He used romanticism in this poem and made a lyrical description: starting from Cangwu in the morning and arriving at the hanging garden in the evening. How tired it is to run around all day! I want to have a rest outside the palace gate, but I can't! Time is pressing and it's getting dark. I asked xi to stop driving. The cave is in front of us. Don't go near it!

The distance in front of us is so long and so far, and I have made up my mind to persistently find the ideal lifestyle.
