I often think of what I did wrong before, and I can't help but want to shout it out. Is this a mental illness?
We are in the same situation, and I want to shout it out (irreparable mistake). This should not be a disease, but a way to vent one's emotions. If you can travel to the mountains, get close to nature and laugh, or sing a K-roar with your friends, but don't get drunk, it's not good for your health and it's not safe. It would be much better to live an optimistic life.
