"Manager of Spring Garden Village" tells the story of Shiina Shu Ya, the hero of a comic book with the same name adapted from "ねこぅめ", who was not treated as a man because of his weak appearance. After going to the student apartment in Chunyuan Village, Tokyo for further study, Shu Ya met Cai Hua, the gentle big-breasted sister manager, and Caicai, the dark-skinned spice girl, Cai Hua's sister.
