Liu wrote about Tang, No.1 Liang, Zhengyangzhai and other departments. Influenced by his father and brother since childhood, he especially likes seal cutting poetry and painting. In his early years, he studied under Mr. Shen Peng, Dakang, Liu Bingsen and Liu Yi, and then he was admitted to China Calligraphy Art Research Class of Peking University Art Department to specialize in calligraphy art. 1994 was admitted to the postgraduate class of Hong Kong Art Institute, and 1997 graduated. His works have won many awards in large calligraphy exhibitions in Japan, Singapore, South Korea and at home and abroad, and have been collected by the National Museum, writing huge calligraphy works for large conference halls such as Zhongnanhai.

Edited a variety of Copybook for calligraphy, published "Famous Words of Celebrities in Past Dynasties". In recent years, China Northland Publishing House published a large-scale reference book "Asynchronous Homograph Dictionary of Cursive Script" edited by Liu in 1998. The cover was inscribed, prefaced and postscript by Da Kang, which was included in the key publishing bibliography. Liu Shishu and Classical Poems and Songs will be published, with Nan and Zhao Puchu inscribed on the cover. In 2000, Tang Lingfeng was invited to restore to Wutai Mountain and wrote couplets, which was called the most engraved Lingfeng Temple in Wutai Mountain. 1999, a special report was made on the famous work "Mo Bao" of Beijing TV Life Channel. He is currently the vice president of the World Chinese Art Promotion Association, the editor-in-chief of the magazine World Chinese Art, and the executive deputy secretary-general of the Chinese Hard Pen Calligraphy Association of the Ministry of Culture.
