As far as I know, the following situations need to be cooked.
There are many demands in the city.
The trade focus of each city is relatively different. Just like Shanghai, its demand for vegetables is often transported from other cities to meet the daily needs of Shanghainese. And Beijing often has its own planting land, so the demand for vegetables can basically be self-sufficient. So in this case, we don't need to take the initiative to consider collecting vegetables.
There is little supply of dishes.
For Shanghai, it often belongs to the southern cities. Vegetables in southern cities are relatively expensive and may be short of some vegetables. After all, Shanghai is a coastal city, and there may be a corresponding shortage of vegetables around it. However, Beijing belongs to the northern city with relatively developed traffic, and its surrounding cities also belong to the periphery with relatively developed vegetable industry, so there is no need to worry about whether vegetables will encounter monopoly.
Therefore, everything we do should be considered according to our own situation. We should not choose to be in a chaotic state because of some problems of others, and let ourselves fall into the same realm as other cities. On the contrary, it will easily make others think that we are not rational enough, or even have a cool head to deal with problems or understand our behavior, right?
