Parents should not be picky about junior high school children.
Junior high school students need comprehensive nutrition in the process of growing up. Three meals a day is especially important. They should eat well in the morning, eat protein-rich food, rich Chinese food, and look more like fish, meat and vegetables, or fruit salad. They should eat early in the evening and don't eat too much. Skipping breakfast and being picky about food are all bad habits that affect the healthy development of the body and should be corrected.
