8. The heaven and the earth are united to bring down nectar, and the people will not be ordered to do so but will be even.

9. Heaviness is the root of lightness, tranquility is the king of impatience. If you are gentle, you will lose your roots; if you are impatient, you will lose your authority.

10. A soldier is an ominous weapon, something that may be evil, so he who has the right to do it will not be there.

11. The way of heaven is to benefit without harm; the way of saints is to act without fighting.

12. The common people are enlightened, but I am alone. The common people look at me, but I am alone.
