The key to all-round economic and social development is to respect and master the law and act according to it. Social development has its own laws, for example, relations of production must be suitable for production. (1) Motion is the existing mode and fundamental attribute of matter, which refers to all changes and processes in the universe, including simple displacement, process and human thinking movement. Matter and motion are inseparable: ① Matter is a moving matter, and motion is the fundamental attribute of matter, and matter cannot be separated from motion. (2) Matter is the subject of movement, and any movement is the movement of matter, and movement cannot be separated from matter. There is nothing in the world except moving matter.

(2) Respecting the law, grasping the law and doing things according to law must be based on the understanding of the law, and we must emancipate our minds with the times and organically unify emancipating our minds with seeking truth from facts. On the basis of understanding laws and proceeding from reality, we should actively create conditions to limit the destructive scope of some laws, so that we can suffer less or avoid their harm.
