Pronunciation: Yu
Meaning: This word means precious. There are treasures in the family, the sun, the moon and the stars in the sky, and the essence, qi and spirit in people. According to legend, the old gentleman made this word because he studied the practice of alchemy and the way of nature in the universe. Knowing that there is treasure in the body, ordinary people can't keep it because of all kinds of feelings and indulgence. Therefore, in the seventy-fifth chapter of Tao Te Ching, it is said: "The people's light death is due to their thick survival." It means that life is excessively greedy, causing troubles and delusions, and unconsciously losing treasures, resulting in premature death of illness. Therefore, the old gentleman created this word to teach people to stick to the three treasures, calm the world, and accumulate energy in order to live forever.
(Shendan) Pronunciation: furnace (LU)
Meaning: it is a smelting instrument. There are two kinds of Taoist health-preserving alchemy: taking foreign medicine (grass, wood, rocks, silver and sand), setting a furnace and setting a tripod, and taking firewood as the external alchemy, and this word refers to refining the internal alchemy. From the composition of the word, it should be understood as: with the inherent essence, qi and spirit of the human body, through the interaction of yin and yang, the true elixir of health can be refined, that is, the inner elixir. At the beginning of "Wu Zhen Pian", the Taoist Danjing wrote: "First, use dry Kun as a tripod, and then use black rabbit medicine to cook." The human body is like a small dry Kun, which has both the tripod and the elements of an alchemist. The word "Shen Dan" reflects the basic method of Taoist cultivation.
(C fire) Pronunciation: Shao

Don't burn firewood, use fire and water in your body, burn wood and stone to remove stubborn ore, and make the soil ┛ peaceful, (nine true) sand ┏ c ┏ wood and stone have their own nature, which can't be lost, so you can become a big ┏ home, fire ┛ soil ┛ water. This explanation is also consistent with the Taoist practice of Dan Fa Jing Yi. One takes the meaning of water from the sky, compared with the season, the four seasons are winter at the end, and every winter solstice comes, it is extremely cold. In the sky, it is nonyl, in the ground, it is Haizi, in the divination, and in the square, it is due north. According to the old gentleman's taiji, the cathode is born in the sun, so the day is "the winter solstice is born in the sun." Four-hour operation, the cathode generates yang. Water is the place where everything lies, which means that the human body also has the principle of cathode generating yang. Therefore, every midnight, when sleeping is quiet, the true yang is impulsive, and the kidney water is boiling. Isn't it natural to have water? Fire is summer in season, due south in all directions, separation in divination, bingding in heavenly stem, noon in earthly branch, sun in three lights, and mind in human body. Therefore, when water is born in the sky and the true yang is impulsive, the practitioner must immediately use his mind (fire) to prevent it from leaking. Taoist Dan Jing mentioned: Fire forces the Golden Walker, that is, the heart fire drops, the kidney water rises, and the intersection of Yin and Yang becomes the meaning of burning.
(wood, stone and earth) Pronunciation: Lian
Meaning: This word is composed of wood, stone and earth. According to the Taoist theory of Yin-Yang and Five Elements, wood can make a fire, so wood is the fire source, stone metal, and gold can produce water, so gold is the water source. " Taoism refers to gold, wood, water, fire and earth in matter as lung, liver, kidney, heart and spleen. Gold, wood, water and fire have different changes in the four seasons, and only the soil belongs to the central government and thrives in the four seasons. Gold, wood, water and fire all depend on earth, so it is said that "earth can give birth to everything". Taoist Dan Jing also calls earth "earth axe", "media employment" and "huangpo", which means that people's minds are used to capture the fire and water in people, so that they can return to their sources, get rid of their dross and take their essence (Yuan Shen and Yuan Jing). Only after such refining can the true gas work normally.
(destiny) Pronunciation: Yan

Practice is to cultivate the mind, calm the mind and make all thoughts empty and relaxed. Cultivate the essence, be cautious about sexual intercourse, abstain from lust, and seek to be full of essence. Because people's mind and essence are closely related, if they are uneasy, essence will inevitably be consumed and life will be short. I will keep one of them and get along with it, so I cultivate myself for 1,2 years, and my body has not always declined." "Ten million" means long-term. (Home Water) Pronunciation: Yao
Meaning: This word consists of three words: Zi, Jia and Shui. This (YAO) is the element of Neidan. The Taoist classic "Jade Emperor's Heart Seal Sutra" says: Three kinds of medicine, spirit and qi, essence. Self, home and water, that is, the * * in the human body, are the source of the three products. Therefore, it is said in the Daoist Dan Jing "Wu Zhen Pian": "Everyone has an elixir of life, but he has lost his way. When the dew falls, the heaven and the earth meet, and the yellow buds are separated from each other." (YAO) (Medicine) Everyone has it at home, regardless of virtue and stupidity, but ordinary people have excessive lust because of careless sex. Therefore, practitioners regard abstinence from desire, building a foundation and refining essence as the most fundamental kung fu for health preservation.
