Responsibilities of the Student Union Accommodation Department

1. Assist the school boarding center to manage students' dormitories, and guide students to create a civilized and comfortable living environment and develop good living habits.

2. Assist schools and colleges to educate students to abide by the rules and regulations of schools and colleges, take good care of public property, and dare to resolutely fight against bad guys and bad styles.

3. Supervise the bad behaviors of dormitory management departments in hospitals, and urge them to correct, so as to ensure the orderly dormitory management.

4. Hold regular meetings of cadres in the boarding department of our school, sum up the work, solicit opinions, assign tasks, unify various inspection standards, organize appraisal activities, and understand the operation of boarding work in other schools.

5. Responsible for the cultural construction of the dormitory, carry out various cultural and sports activities beneficial to students' physical and mental health, and create a positive, healthy and civilized cultural atmosphere for students.

6, visit the dormitory regularly, understand and collect students' feedback, often reflect students' opinions and suggestions on dormitory management to the boarding center, and contact the relevant departments of the school to solve practical problems, which plays a bridge role between students and school management departments.

7. According to the hygiene grading standard of Liaocheng University's dormitory, the dormitory of the East School was inspected twice a week, and the inspection results were announced to the dormitory management departments of various hospitals to supervise the hygiene construction of the dormitory.

8. Strengthen the safety management of student dormitories, especially the safety education and publicity of fire prevention and electricity prevention knowledge in student dormitories, and strengthen the awareness of self-protection.
