Taking WPS Excel file as an example,
Open the file to be processed. In this case, the yellow filled area is the area to be printed.
Without setting the print area, the print preview is as follows, and you can see that the filled yellow and unfilled yellow parts are displayed.
How to set the print area?
At this point, you should first close the print preview, return to the text of the Excel table, and select the yellow filled area to print.
Then click the menu bar to make the following settings: page layout → print area → set print area.
After setting the print area, select print preview, and you can see that only the yellow filled part is displayed now.
Note: You must first select the area to print, and then set the printing area in Page Layout. The order must not be reversed, otherwise the effect will not be achieved.
