Kirgiz is one of the ancient ethnic groups in China. The industrious and brave Kirgiz people mainly live in southwest Xinjiang. According to the documents of Qing dynasty, it has a history of more than 2000 years. In the Qing Dynasty, it was called "bulut", which means alpine residents.
