He led scientific researchers and made outstanding contributions to the research of our country's nuclear submarines. He is the pride of our country and people.

Academician Peng Shilu has a famous saying: Don’t be afraid of what others say, and follow the path you think is right amidst other people’s opinions. ?That’s right, we don’t care about other people’s opinions. Since we have to do something, we must continue to do it bravely. There are no simple things in the world, especially scientific research and design work is very difficult. Scientific researchers must have Perseverance and tenacious spirit that others don’t have. In that era, it was very difficult to research and design nuclear submarines. They had to constantly overcome scientific research problems in a difficult environment. They were very great. I think I should pay tribute to these people.

People affectionately call Mr. Peng Shilu "Peng Daudao" and "Peng Dabo", because Peng Shilu has data in his heart, and he will never make a decision without accurate data. We ordinary people must also learn from them and work hard and have a tenacious fighting spirit.
