To study and implement the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, we must first grasp the soul of studying Theory of Three Represents and help cadres to fully and profoundly understand the scientific connotation of Theory of Three Represents. Marxism is a scientific, revolutionary and lofty ideological system and a theoretical guide for the working class and the people to strive for their own liberation.

The 60-year practice since the publication of the Manifesto of the Productive Party/KLOC-0 has proved that Marxism can only glow with great vitality, creativity and appeal if it is combined with its own national conditions, keeps pace with the times and advances with the people. The development history of Marxism is a history of continuous development, perfection and innovation.

Marx famously said, "Philosophers only explain the world in different ways, but the problem is to change the world." This clearly shows that Marxism attaches importance to practice and takes transforming the world as its own responsibility.
