The deeper you think, the more accurate you understand, and the more stable you will be. Material is the guarantee of action. No matter how big the material difficulties are, they can be overcome with correct thinking and firm action. Ideological knowledge comes from practice. Living and working in a place, people in a field and the same practical experience will inevitably form similar ideological understanding. Because of different experiences and practices, groups with similar concepts and understandings are prone to differences and contradictions in understanding, leading to mutual ignorance, disrespect and disunity.
Bacon was an essayist and philosopher in the English Renaissance, an English materialist philosopher, the founder of experimental science, the founder of modern induction and the pioneer of the logical organization of scientific research procedures. His major works include New Tools, On the Progress of Science and The Great Rejuvenation of Learning.
Bacon's main achievements
Bacon put forward a real method to achieve the universal causes of various phenomena-scientific induction. In New Tools, Bacon regards experiment and induction as tools of scientific discovery, and they complement each other. He saw the effectiveness of experiments in revealing the mysteries of nature, and Bacon believed that scientific research should use induction based on observation and experiment. Bacon's induction has contributed to the development of science, especially to the development of logic.
Bacon discussed the court of equity in detail in the name of "the magistrate's court" in the edition of Academic Progress 1623. In the book, he discusses the necessity of the existence of consular courts because of the GAI inherent in the law, and points out that its jurisdiction must be restricted. He also insisted that there must be a clear distinction between common law and equity, and they should not be confused, otherwise, discretion will eventually replace common law.
