Guiding teachers to make personal career development plans is the driving force to push teachers towards their goals. So how do teachers plan their personal career development? The author believes that we should start from three aspects: First, we need to have a full understanding of our own environment, mainly to evaluate the impact of various environmental factors on our career planning and development. 1. As a member of society, social analysis teachers should be good at grasping the pulse of social development and its influence on social, political and economic development, especially on the development trend of education, so as to keep pace with the times. In today's society, faced with the declining trend of students and the integration of educational resources in various places, it is more urgent and important for teachers to take this opportunity to carry out career planning. 2. School Analysis There is a famous saying about career development in the West: "You choose an organization, you choose a life." For teachers, the organization is the school. Teachers should know all aspects of the school in detail, such as what is the overall planning of the school? Whether school administrators fully respect teachers' self-development planning and their own goal orientation when making personal planning should be fully understood.
