In today's society, faced with the declining trend of students and the integration of educational resources in various places, it is more urgent and important for teachers to take this opportunity to carry out career planning. 2. School Analysis There is a famous saying about career development in the West: "You choose an organization, you choose a life." For teachers, the organization is the school. Teachers should know all aspects of the school in detail, such as what is the overall planning of the school? Whether school administrators fully respect teachers' self-development planning and their own goal orientation when making personal planning should be fully understood.
