I came to Guangdong Luoding Middle School to work as soon as I graduated from college in XX. I taught from the first year of high school to the second year of high school, and went to the third year of high school for the first time in July XX. The class I led and the history subject I taught achieved relatively satisfactory results in this year's college entrance examination. This year I took over the teaching and class teacher work for the third grade of high school again. Here, from the perspective of a young teacher, I would like to briefly talk about some of my experiences and practices during my four years of teaching at Luo Middle School.
First of all, as a young teacher, if I want to achieve good results in education and teaching without any experience, I think I must study with an open mind, follow the instructions of the school leaders carefully, and always do my best. Keep the school's requirements and assigned tasks in mind. Teachers often ask me why my class teacher job is better. Some time ago, a teacher who had just graduated from university with a history major left a message on my blog, saying that he had just started working and didn’t know how to work as a class teacher. He wanted me to give him some advice. Faced with these questions and confusions, I always answered them like this: My own hard work is very important, but I think the key point is to implement the school's requirements and the tasks assigned by the school leaders. I remember that in XX, the first time I took over the job of a class teacher was Class 19 of the second grade of high school at that time. I felt very unsure and didn't know where to start. Faced with this situation, I took retreat in order to advance, and I honestly followed the instructions of the school leaders. If the school told me what to do, and what tasks should be done, I would complete them meticulously. In this process, I gradually found the feeling of being a class teacher, and gradually became a class teacher.
Secondly, as a young teacher, it is important to work hard and study hard. If you want to achieve success at work, you can't do it without sweating a little more. I remember that when I was a freshman in high school, I had 5 history classes. Whenever it was my turn to go to class, I always used the 10 minutes of rest time before class to write on the blackboard. If the first period in the afternoon was my history class, I would I go back to school at 2 o'clock and write down the blackboard before 2:30 to facilitate students' learning. I have kept this approach to this day. I have been working as a class teacher since XX. In addition to strictly following the school schedule, as long as there is no special matter, I usually go back to school at 6:30 in the evening to greet the students who come to study and study. Even when I wasn't supposed to be in class at night, I insisted on going back to school to manage the students in my class. Because I believe that God rewards hard work, and if you have no experience, you can make up for it with sweat.
Thirdly, as a young teacher, you must dare to strive for the first place, you must be able to strive for the first place, and you must stand out in the competition by achieving results at work. This is actually the hope and request for young teachers expressed by school leaders on many occasions, and it is also the encouragement given by school leaders to young teachers. As soon as I arrived at Luoding Middle School at the end of August XX, I determined the requirements and hopes of the school leaders as the goals and directions of my work. In the XX-XX school year, I taught five history classes in the first grade of high school, and in the XX-XX school year, I taught two history classes in the second grade. Their test scores were among the best not only in the school, but also in Yunfu City. In the XX-XX school year, the average score of the history class of Class 21, a senior high school student I taught, was 111.24 points in the college entrance examination, 16 points higher than the average score of 95 points in Guangdong Province. I have been working as a class teacher from September XX to the present. I take over each class. The determined goal is to strive to build a first-class class style and style of study under the leadership of the school. Through my own efforts, these goals have been achieved. In particular, Class 21 of the senior high school class, who is their own class teacher this year, followed the effective test preparation ideas formulated by the school, united the teachers of various subjects, and worked together to achieve the tasks assigned by the school in terms of the number of undergraduate students in the college entrance examination in June. I took over the teaching and education work of the new senior high school students at the end of July this year. Four years of teaching career have made me deeply realize that the work of teachers may seem ordinary, but it is of great significance.
