Jingdezhen Vocational University of Art is located in Jingdezhen, a national historical and cultural city, an outstanding tourist city in China, and the world porcelain capital. It is a full-time unified undergraduate university approved by the Ministry of Education. It is in charge of the Provincial Department of Education and the state-owned enterprise Jingdezhen Taowen It is a private non-profit vocational undergraduate university organized by the Tourism Group and is also the first batch of dual-qualified teacher training bases in Jiangxi Province. The school was formerly known as the College of Science and Technology and Art of Jingdezhen Ceramics University, which was organized by Jingdezhen Ceramics University in 2001. In 2020, it was converted into Jingdezhen Art Vocational University with the approval of the Ministry of Education.
