"Water Margin": Hand Blade (Pan Jinlian) fights and kills (Ximen Qing), revenges his brother, and is drunk and born in Happy Forest (Jiang Menshen).

This sentence is about Song Wu in Shi Naian's Water Margin in the Ming Dynasty. Song Wulian drank eighteen bowls of wine, drunk and killed a tiger in Jingyanggang, and became famous in one fell swoop. He went home to see his brother.

Sister-in-law Pan Jinlian tried to confuse Song Wu, but was rejected. She was bewitched by Ximen Qing, a foreigner. After the affair failed, they poisoned Wu Dalang. In revenge, Song Wu killed Pan Jinlian first, and then Ximen Qing, which once again showed his character of revenge.

When he was sent to Mengzhou, Song Wu was assisted by Jin Yanbiao's kindness. In order to repay Song Wu's kindness, he beat Jiang Menshen as drunk as a fiddler and helped him recapture the "Happy Forest" hotel. Later, Song Wu was assassinated by Jiang Menshen who colluded with the government. Song Wu is an important figure in Shi Naian's classic Water Margin. Because he ranks second, he is also called "Takejiro".

In order to avoid being arrested by the government, he dressed up as a monk and was called "Monkey Song Wu" by Jianghu people. Song Wu once killed a white-fronted tiger with his bare hands in Jingyanggang. Therefore, the story of "Song Wu killed the tiger" was widely circulated in later generations. After making friends with Yang Zhi and others, he joined Liangshan.

Surrender to Liangshan, take an examination of the first 14, is one of the top ten army leaders. Later, he was recruited by the imperial court and conquered Liao and Fang La with Song Jiang.
