What is our research topic? Scientific development of private enterprises? . When I first decided on this topic, I felt that what I wanted to investigate was the development of enterprises in recent years and what scientific and effective methods were adopted to develop and grow. However, through practice, the topic has been extended to the changes and achievements of enterprises in the past 30 years of reform and opening up, the impact of the financial crisis on enterprises, the coping strategies of enterprises, the talent reserve strategies of enterprises, the implementation of the new labor law and many other aspects. The extension of the subject makes the research more comprehensive and extensive, and at the same time, it is more appropriate to interpret it? Scientific development? . Visible,? Theoretically? It is often not as good as actual combat in practice.
About the enterprise:
For a small area of the country? Ruili group? Two things impressed me the most. First, the company's chairman is very concerned about national policies, and when the state allocates funds for macro-control, he takes practical policies and measures to make the company cope with it freely. Even in the social background of the financial crisis, the production and sales of products of enterprises have not decreased, but they have to handle more orders; The second is the humanized management of the company. Humanized management is embodied in employee's treatment, welfare and care for employee's health. Enterprises would rather increase staff than let workers work overtime at will. For the workers in the production workshop, the company forces them to wear professional earplugs to reduce the personal injury caused by noise. Perhaps the charm of an enterprise lies in its humanistic care.
For what? Sea group? What impressed me most was that the chairman of the company personally led us to visit the production workshop, and at the same time he would pay attention to the production progress and product quality. This hands-on attitude seems to stem from his experience of starting from scratch. From developing and making filter molds by ourselves to setting up a large-scale company, the wisdom and hardships can only be realized by personal experience, and it is this hard-won talent that makes people cherish it even more.
About the team:
Our team is United, active and caring, which I have to mention, and it is also a great gain for me to participate in practice. After a 9-hour train ride from Hangzhou to Wenzhou, although we are very tired, we will still discuss the steps and methods of practice together, and there will always be bursts of laughter in the carriage. At the end of the research work every day, we will get together to summarize, write press releases in time, organize pictures and so on. After the practice, when the players go home, there will always be text messages and phone calls to tell each other that they are safe. I think, a practical activity allows us to better understand the fun and strength of the team while investigating the subject.
Although the summer social practice has ended, we have not stopped entering the society as qualified talents. Come on, everybody!

The last day of the holiday is another night, and it's time for summer vacation to catch up on social practical experience. In fact, I really don't want to wait until the last minute to hand in any important homework, because I always feel that my life and study after that are easy to be screwed up by myself. I remember when I learned that Crazy English wanted a summer camp assistant in our school, I suddenly felt very happy, because I finally looked forward to such an opportunity? During the summer vacation, I went to a strange place for treatment. I belong to the kind of person who doesn't make decisions easily, but once I make a decision, I go all out. I specially checked the format of my resume on the internet, and then carefully designed my resume. I wrote everything that should be written, which is both prominent and not lengthy, so that people can see it at a glance. Then it's time for an interview. Sitting in the waiting room, I recalled the problems I tried to think ahead of time and some precautions I reminded myself again. It's finally my turn. Although I am nervous, I can show my enthusiasm and professional knowledge to the interviewer. Through my own efforts, the first round of interviews passed smoothly.
Then, it is training. Looking back now, I feel that my determination is firm enough, and I am serious, which is good. Attitude, only lasted for three weekends of training. Although training is not very tiring, I think it is enough to test people's willpower, because this kind of training is just like attending classes at ordinary times. Do you have to get up so early and attend classes often? Drag the hall? Moreover, we should use the weekend time. Many people who passed the first round of interviews finally gave up because of time conflicts or heavy study tasks (it was close to the final exam at that time). However, I consciously resist such an atmosphere. I am determined and proactive. Attitude, survived this training. During the training, I learned the basic pronunciation of American English and understood some qualities that a teaching assistant should have. Finally, in the second interview, I passed better, in order to succeed. Of course I am very happy, because my efforts have been rewarded.
I have arranged to go to Huizhou Crazy English Summer Camp from August 18 to August 27, but our teaching assistant has to leave two days in advance to prepare. So I have six days from the end of the final exam to the departure. During these six days, I made a lot of preparations? I continued to practice my beautiful phonetic symbols, searched many useful quotes on the Internet, went to the library to find some books to teach people to play games for reference, and also consulted some experienced friends and elders on how to be teaching assistants.
