Just when my life reached a critical point, I happened to see the above sentence. It was from this critical point that I clearly reopened the rest of my life.

Starting from the starting point, I began to explore Marx's life, understand the mental journey of this thousand-year thinker who influenced the liberation process of all mankind, and pulled myself back from the brink of collapse and the opposite road that was about to yield to reality.
If the direction is wrong, stop is stop loss, and retreat is progress.
In the eyes of ordinary people, the career that Marx chose to work best for human happiness is simply worthless. He has been displaced all his life, with no food and clothing, and even faces the danger of imprisonment. Even his three children died young.
Because Marx was absorbed in writing Das Kapital, he could not apply for a job, and the life of Marx's family was often very difficult. Poverty almost killed Marx and his family. Just when Marx was in a very difficult situation, Prussian Prime Minister Bismarck found Marx through an official and asked him to write an article on financial issues for the official Prussian newspaper Prussian State Gazette. Marx resolutely rejected this kind of "cooperation". In addition, the founders of the world giant Philips are Marx's menstrual Sophia and his uncle Philip. It can be seen that it is not a problem for Marx to choose a job with no worries about food and clothing.
However, Marx declared: "I must achieve my goal at any cost, and I will not be allowed to be turned into a money-making machine by bourgeois society."
Happiness is the pursuit of everyone, including Marx.
Everyone's understanding of happiness is very different, and they are all driven by their own values, and they all think that the goal they pursue is true happiness.
Marx once said, "Think about everything." It must also include thinking about happiness.
Human understanding of happiness can be summarized into several types. First, basic physiological needs such as eating and drinking; Second, the happiness brought by art such as poetry and songs; Third, self-pursuit, love and happiness brought by being loved; Fourth, realize the value of life, transform society, change the world and help more people bring happiness. There are material and spiritual components in each type, but obviously, there are significant differences in the proportion of the above two components in these four kinds of happiness. Some people can't experience a higher level of happiness all their lives, because every step forward requires more hard study, thinking and practice than capital fighting, intrigue and extreme power. This is the charm of philosophy.
Marx's epitaph is like this: workers from all over the world unite. Philosophers only explain the world in different ways, and the key is how to change it. (Philosophers only interpret the world in different ways. The problem is to change the world. )
Mao Zedong's ideal is: let all dolls in China go to school, all farmers in China have land, workers will not be exploited, and a country free from exploitation and oppression will be established.
It is difficult to change the world. Not everyone has this ability. However, there is no individual difference in the opportunity to change the world, and anyone can have it. Improving the quality of one's work, striving for the happiness of one's family, making suggestions and making contributions to the development of enterprises all belong to the category of changing the world. As long as we stand on the standpoint of human happiness, people's happiness, enterprise development and family happiness, no matter how much we pay, we will not be overwhelmed, the motivation for struggle will continue, and the methods to solve problems will emerge one after another. When we play a role in changing the world in different categories, that is, when our own happiness comes, our happiness may not belong to hundreds or even thousands of people.
When our goal is to make our family happy, the messy housework that used to be a long-standing problem will become a pleasant physical and mental enjoyment. When we look at the problem from the perspective of enterprise development, you will find that all our colleagues have become lovely, and many contradictions in our previous work have disappeared instantly. More and more positive energy will unite around us, and the quality and efficiency of our work will inadvertently turn into a U-shaped reversal.
Some people are not rich, but they are rich; It is very hard, but there is no pain; Unlucky, but happy; Because they are caring and willing to give everything for the people they love, even if they don't necessarily know these people. So some people, despite their hard work, can feel obvious happiness and satisfaction from their eyes.
Some people are rich but poor; Very leisurely, but very depressed; I am lucky, but I can't taste happiness; Because they lack love, including their misplaced love is so limited, selfish and pitiful, not to mention others. Therefore, although some people have mountains of wealth, they have lost the confidence to live and even gone to a dead end.
Philosophers' thoughts are often interlinked. Laozi said in the forty-second chapter of Tao Te Ching: "Tao gives birth to one, two, three and all things." The Tao here is an objective law, and to reason is to conform to the objective law. From the standpoint of working for the happiness of mankind (big or small), this kind of creativity is bound to benefit everything.
The mass line is one of the three souls of Mao Zedong Thought. Serving the people, from the masses to the masses, is how to fit and carry forward Marx's human position. Mao Zedong once said, "I have read the Declaration of * * * for more than a hundred times. When I encounter problems, I will read Marx's Manifesto, sometimes only a paragraph or two, sometimes the whole article. Every time I read it, I have new inspiration. "
These laws can't be understood and applied by everyone at present, but whether they are understood or not, and whether they can be truly felt or not, they are playing a role for everyone and will exist forever. Facing the ashes of Marx and Marxists, those who understand and apply these laws will shed noble tears.
Most people's happiness is compared, and the standards of comparison are mostly based on material indicators-money, power, or the combination of money and power. But there is also a kind of minority happiness, which is measured by value and is the value to the group. The two standards of happiness run counter to each other, and the values of people who hold different standards are of course incompatible. Man is the carrier of values, and there is no contradiction between human bodies. The root of contradiction actually lies in values.
Speaking of this, I have to think of another celebrity, Ma and his so-and-so gold suit, and another celebrity, Ren, and his Huawei Group. Huawei and Ali are now leading international groups, one is a world-class mobile terminal enterprise, and the other is a giant in the mobile payment industry. On the surface, they are both private enterprises with abundant assets, but the deepest corporate cultures of these two enterprises are diametrically opposite. Huawei grows by technology, and Ali makes a fortune by capital; One is to aim at how to enhance the core value, and the other is to embark on the road of capital plunder; One is to serve customers forever, and the other is to face customers at the beginning and suddenly turn around when you grow up. Ali once vowed to buy Huawei, but is short-sighted Ali prepared to buy other people's intangible assets besides admiring Huawei's tangible assets? Have you set a price? In addition to large enterprises, small enterprises and even individuals have to conform to the laws and trends in order to realize their self-worth.
China people are very clever, but at the same time, the tragedy of cleverness is getting worse. Many colleagues and even leaders around us, with their IQ, could have expanded their unlimited development space and achieved their dream quality of life by changing their position slightly and relying on their "idle" computing ability. However, the sad and cruel reality is that many people are smart but unwise to build a solid barrier for themselves that no one can break except themselves. Everything starts from one's own gains and losses, but it just fetters one's potential productivity.
Let's take a look at another famous saying of Marx: "The goal will never change."
He told us that no matter any labor or occupation, as long as the goal remains the same, unremitting struggle will eventually reap the value. I don't talk about harvesting success here, because success in people's minds is almost equal to pure money at present, ignoring the iron law that value determines price, which makes many people who are eager for success either run at the speed, or run faster and faster and run in the wrong direction.
Many people are determined to use the "shortcut" theory of "lowest pay, highest income" to guide their life direction, and never stop to think for a moment. When one's desire cannot be achieved, one should not correct oneself in theory, but try one's best to dig out the wrong theory and ride the dust.
In my previous work and life, I used to be full of other people's shortcomings. I have tried my best, but my customers are too picky and fickle, my colleagues are not enterprising, my family always adds burden to myself, and the whole world is gray; Compared with those competitors who think they are inferior to themselves, they are left with only imbalance and struggle.
Seeing Marx's "Youth's Consideration in Choosing a Career", I silently realized that the world is there and will not change idealized according to our expectations. Instead of unrealistically wasting your time waiting for others to change, it is better to re-examine yourself realistically and be the master and boss of your time, three provinces a day. Change yourself first, and change the world with your changed self.
