3. When milling clamping tools, it is forbidden to use a hammer to beat the handle of the vice or the steel pipe to exert clamping force.
4, when using power tools, should have insulation protection and safety grounding measures. Wear protective glasses when using grinding wheel. When operating and processing on the milling machine workbench, there should be a protective net.
5. Blanks and machined parts should be placed in the specified position, neatly arranged and placed stably, so as to ensure safety, facilitate taking and placing, and avoid bumping the machined surface.
6. When drilling, reaming, reaming, counterboring, tapping and tapping, the workpiece must be firmly clamped, and the workpiece should be padded or the tool should be aimed at the workbench slot when processing the through hole.
7. When using the drilling machine, don't wear gloves or operate with cotton yarn. Please use special tools when replacing tools such as drill bits. Don't hit the drill chuck with a hammer.
Milling exercise purpose:

1. It's time for practice. Let's mill the plane on the milling machine in groups of five. From the simplest startup and shutdown, to clamping the workpiece, to cutting the knife, and finally finishing the processing of the workpiece, our group has made gratifying achievements.
3. Since we started milling the plane on the vertical milling machine, our group has exchanged machines with other groups, and we practiced on the horizontal milling machine. The horizontal milling machine has a fast milling speed, but unfortunately, the oil pumps of two horizontal milling machines in our school are broken, and the automatic movement of the workbench in the horizontal, vertical and vertical feed directions is also broken. Fortunately, we are well staffed. Finally, with our joint efforts, one qualified workpiece was born smoothly.
4. On the second day of internship, the difficulty was improved. 6. On the third day of internship, it was even more difficult. At first, we had to practice milling step surfaces and equal parts, but time was limited. We only practiced milling steps. By the way, we only use Universal dividing head and other parts, and we don't process them on the milling machine.
