In the real society, we should grow rapidly in teaching, and reflection means thinking about the past and summing up experiences and lessons. So how should I write reflection? The following are my thoughts on the teaching of mental health "Growing Pains" for your reference only. Let's have a look.
Reflections on the mental health teaching of Growing Pains 1 I took a mental health activity class of Growing Pains among sixth-grade students, and I designed three activities:
One is "talking about troubles";
The second is "listening to boredom";
The third is "solving troubles".
One of the activities "talking about troubles" is to clean up your troubles. Students should list their troubles as much as possible, so as to get rid of those troubles and face life positively and optimistically.
Activity 2 "Listen to the troubles" is to interview the troubles that adults encounter when they grow up to be small reporters, and to understand how adults treated their troubles at that time and how they treat them now, which will give more enlightenment to their lives;
The third activity is to help friends get rid of their troubles with hypothetical situations, so that students can learn to correctly treat all kinds of puzzles and contradictions in their growth in the set situations, thus forming a positive and optimistic attitude towards life.
The design of the whole activity class;
① I take improving students' psychological quality as the basic point, taking fun and activity as the basic characteristics, implying the significance of mental health education, and through interesting training activities such as sketches, stories and role-playing games, let students gradually understand the importance of education and the ways and means of self-mental health care.
② Follow the implementation principles of mental health education activity class: integrity, subjectivity, activity, emotion, openness and process.
(3) The objectives of each small activity are specific and clear, easy to operate, and easy to achieve in implementation, which has won the positive response of students, fully mobilized the students' sense of participation, and further cultivated the spirit of cooperation between students and groups.
They are no longer passive in class, but participants, planners, hosts and evaluators of this activity. They are the masters of the class, and I am proud of them! In the activity, the progressive level between activities is fully reflected, and there is no false lively scene presented by activities for the sake of activities. It embodies the activity concept and achieves the educational effect.
This activity made me sincerely feel that the process of students' participation is more important than the result, and the process of experience is more important than preaching.
Reflections on the second part of the teaching of mental health "growing pains" This class belongs to the composition activity class. In order to shock students' audio-visual ability, stimulate their interest in learning and arouse their enthusiasm, I used flash and powerpoint, and made a novel design for them.
The first link is "telling the truth". In this session, I ask students to tell one of their most distressing things and analyze its cause and effect. The second link is "seeing the sun through the clouds". In this session, I asked the students to help his friend out of trouble. The third link is "Love Rainbow". In this session, I ask students to interview their teachers, parents or classmates and let them talk about their troubles. What information did they give the students? What did the students learn? The fourth link is "learning from the sea to pick up shells". In this session, I ask students to write famous aphorisms with "worry" and tell them their understanding and feelings about it. On this basis, let the students write a composition of about 500 words on the topic of "growing pains".
This course is relatively complete and novel in teaching design, but there are also many shortcomings. After reflection, there are three main reasons:
First, failed to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students, so that all students are involved;
Second, the interaction between students and students needs to be strengthened;
Third, students' ability is overestimated.
In view of these three reasons, I redesigned the teaching on the basis of full reflection.
In the use of multimedia, I have increased the use of projectors, using projectors to show the wonderful clips written by students to everyone, which can mobilize the enthusiasm of students and let them actively participate in activities. In order to enhance students' sense of competition and participation, I also set up awards for each link.
"Tell the truth" link, set up the "best confidante" award;
In the "see the sun through the clouds" link, there is the "Best Star of Wisdom" award;
"Love Rainbow" link, with "Best Little Reporter" award;
In the "learning to pick up shells from the sea" session, the "Best Shell Picking" award was set.
In order to further promote the interaction between students, I asked the students to discuss in groups of four how to help the "best confidante" get rid of their troubles, choose the best way to communicate, and see who has more ideas and better methods. In the "Rainbow of Love" link, I changed the interview with students after class to interview teachers and classmates on the spot during class to enliven the classroom atmosphere and enhance the effectiveness.
For junior high school students, it is quite difficult to write famous aphorisms. So I changed this activity to let students collect famous aphorisms related to "troubles" after class and exchange their understanding and feelings in class.
After the redesign, I believe this classroom will be more perfect and the classroom effect will be better!
Reflection on the Teaching of Mental Health "Growing Pains" Part III For children aged 12 and 13, life is full of beautiful flowers and bright sunshine, and the world is so wonderful and full of vitality in their eyes. On the long road of life, they have just started, some are full of hope and some are running ahead. Young people who are not deeply involved in the world are like eagles whose wings are not yet full. The road ahead is long, and the wind and rain they have experienced are still so far away. How I wish there was more joy in their growing up. However, all kinds of troubles in life will inevitably meet with the growing teenagers. These troubles come from life, study and communication with classmates ... In order to give junior high school students more experiences and let us spend adolescence better, after the second unit, we designed a comprehensive learning activity with the theme of "growing troubles". I carefully prepared this activity and completed a touching spiritual dialogue with students and parents.
First, the purpose of the activity-to cultivate a good mood
Second, the activity preparation-play a small reporter
Third, the activity process-the interaction between heart and heart
Fourth, active thinking-let the sun in your heart illuminate your life.
After the activity, I thought a lot. There are indeed many troubles in children's world, and some troubles may not be taken seriously by adults. A nickname and a little dispute with classmates may bring harm to children, not to mention the harm caused by poor academic performance and family divorce. In a word, troubles are everywhere.
It is impossible to make all their troubles disappear through one activity, and it is impossible to make them disappear. My purpose is to make them understand that although you can't stop trouble, you can choose what kind of mentality to face it. A person who spends a lot of energy and time on unnecessary troubles can't give full play to his ability. Worry consumes one's energy, lowers one's ambition, weakens one's strength and harms one's health. Each of us adults may know these characteristics of trouble, but we can't handle it well, let alone children. Through this activity, children can know that the best way to get rid of troubles is to keep a happy mood and a good attitude. To cure troubles, you must help yourself. This medicine is in my head. When you are upset, you only need to replace disappointment with hope, depression with courage, pessimism with optimism, irritability with tranquility, and boredom with pleasure. If there is a sun in your heart, even the darkest corner will be illuminated.
I think this activity can help children plant a seed of the sun in their hearts. Maybe one day, it will sprout and light up their lives.
The fourth part of mental health "growing pains" is teaching reflection, asking questions and creating a dialogue atmosphere. The teacher asked, "In the eyes of adults, you should be carefree and happy, right?" A stone stirred up a thousand waves, and everyone said noisily, "No, it's so annoying!"
Draw pictures and sort out your troubles and thoughts. Deng Na Ying of Class 34 painted leaves in a unique way. Tan Xin wrote her troubles on the vein of a big leaf. Chen Sisi painted several trees with smooth lines, some of which were maple leaves. Qiu Yilin of Class 35 drew many circles on the crown of the tree, which was very full. Zou Weiyang painted it into a troublesome apple. Many students draw creatively. The teacher pays attention to observation during the visit and praises at the end of the course.
Tell me, share the story of trouble. Class 34 speaks freely and is not very enthusiastic. Many students have calmed down this semester. Class 35 changed to take turns to speak, and no one refused, which continued to maintain the good momentum of active speech this semester.
Talk about personal experience. Communicate your troubles and experiences in the phalanx, talk about your coping process and give advice to others.
Write and describe the feeling of trouble. Vividly describe the meaning of worrying about yourself in one or two sentences. Write carefully and take the initiative to show.
Finally, strike while the iron is hot and write your own topic.
The fly in the ointment is that some students in class gave out discordant laughter.
Experience 1: When students are not very active, it is better to take turns to speak freely.
Experience 2: Learn to combine listening, speaking and writing in an all-round way, and practice writing before writing a big composition.
Reflections on the teaching of mental health "growing pains" Part V I. Teaching advantages
1, when talking about the three major psychological contradictions, psychological distress is linked because psychological contradictions lead to psychological distress. When discussing how to eliminate psychological troubles, we should first eliminate psychological contradictions, so this question "How to eliminate psychological troubles" can be understood as "How to solve psychological contradictions".
2. When analyzing the three psychological contradictions, simplify the understanding with examples, such as the contradiction between the relative naivety of sexual psychology and the rapid maturity of sexual development. For example, "I think the girl sitting in front of me is very beautiful. I often look at her involuntarily in class, so I can't go to class." This is the psychological distress caused by the contradiction between the relative naivety of sexual psychology and the rapid maturity of sexual development.
Second, the lack of teaching
1, when dealing with how to control psychological impulse, it is not mentioned that psychological impulse is also a kind of psychological distress, so when how to eliminate psychological distress, students can easily forget psychological impulse, but in fact, both are indispensable.
When answering the question "How to help her out of confusion", I only answered how to do it. First of all, I want to analyze what caused her confusion, then analyze what impact such confusion may have on her, and then answer how to get out of it.
Third, re-teach design.
1, linking psychological impulse and psychological distress
2. Make clear the ideas of "what to do", "why" and "how to do it"
