Article 141: Soldiers must abide by national confidentiality regulations, implement the "Secretary Regulations of the Chinese People's Liberation Army", strictly observe confidentiality disciplines, and keep military secrets.
Article 142 Soldiers must abide by the following confidentiality rules:
(1) Do not tell secrets that should not be told.
(2) Don’t ask about secrets that you shouldn’t know.
(3) Don’t read the secrets that you shouldn’t read.
(4) Do not involve secrets in private communications.
(5) Do not use non-confidential books to record secrets.
(6) Do not discuss secrets in non-confidential places.
(7) Do not record, copy, photograph, excerpt, or collect secrets without permission.
(8) Do not disclose secrets to unrelated persons.
(9) Do not use civilian telephones, plain code telegrams, or ordinary post offices to handle secret matters.
(10) Do not bring secret carriers when visiting public places or visiting relatives and friends.
Article 143: Military secret carriers must be kept by dedicated personnel, and formalities such as approval, inventory, registration, and signature must be strictly followed. In foreign-related, conference, publicity and other activities, the confidentiality system must be strictly observed and military secrets must not be leaked.
Article 144 The troops must conduct confidentiality education and confidentiality inspections based on work conditions, report problems in a timely manner and deal with them seriously.
