Anji game completely subverts the traditional preschool education model in China, and the games generated by children are far superior to the games preset by teachers. In Anji Game, the role of the teacher is also changing.
Anji advocates the teacher: "Keep your mouth closed, your hands closed, your eyes open and your ears pricked up". Teachers got rid of the repeated teaching leaders in the past and became bystanders and even admirers of children. Teachers also sincerely believe that children will think better and play better than us, and we should learn from them just in case and "read" them in the game. These are in sharp contrast with our daily work.
In the face of the success of "Anji Game", we look back and think about ourselves, but now we are still repeating the educational mistake of "deliberately misleading children" every day, learning from it and finding out the reasons. We still need to improve in three main areas:
First, teachers' ideas should be changed, and the dominance of the game should be handed over. Children are the biggest controllers of the game, and teachers should dare to let go. If the teacher's teaching is repeated day after day, the creativity and imagination of children will never return, and the road to future growth is worrying.
Second, change the form of the game and boldly break the traditional game mode. Our game material is still too cautious, and we haven't given our children a chance to try "Anji Game". The playground can't be limited to classroom teaching and regional activities, the materials of regional activities can't be limited to the desktop, and the form can't be limited to buying and selling. Give children a new world, and they will give us a new vision.
Third, the role of teachers should be changed from coach to "bystander". As long as teachers jump out of the complicated teaching work, they can calmly devote themselves to the observation and thinking of children. It seems that the workload has been reduced, but the work efficiency has been maximized, which has greatly promoted the education process.
