8. One porridge and one meal should be remembered as hard-won, half a thread and half a strand, and always remember that material resources are difficult.

9. It is better to be prepared before it rains and not to dig a well when thirsty.

10. You must check the appointment if you are a guest, and guests of Yan must not linger.

11. The utensils are clean, the tiles are better than gold and jade, the food is simple and refined, and the vegetables in the garden are more precious.

Twelve, do not run a luxurious house, do not seek good land, have three aunts and six wives, and are the go-betweens for prostitutes and thieves.

13. Beautiful maids and charming concubines are not a blessing for the boudoir. Slaves should not use handsomeness, and wives and concubines should not use colorful makeup.

14. Although the ancestors are far away, the sacrifices must not be dishonest. Although the descendants are in trouble, the scriptures must be read.

15. Live in a simple manner and train your children in a righteous way.

16. Don’t be greedy for unexpected wealth, and don’t drink too much alcohol.

17. Don’t take advantage when trading with Jian Tiao. When you see your poor relatives and neighbors, you must show compassion.

18. If you are mean and have a family, you will not be able to enjoy it for a long time. If your morals are often bad, you will soon die.

Nineteen, brothers, uncles and nephews must be divided into many and few, both old and young, inside and outside, and should be strict in speech and law.
