Pingxiang College is located in Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province, one of the main birthplaces of modern industry in China. Pingxiang coal mine, founded in 1898, was one of the "top ten factories and mines" in China at that time. Pingxiang College is a full-time general undergraduate college with engineering as the mainstay, arts and sciences as the foundation, multidisciplinary support and coordinated development.
