There is no way to go because of the winding water flow in the mountains, and a mountain village suddenly appears in the willow-green flower bay. The day of playing flute and drums is approaching, and the villagers are still dressed simply.
In the future, if you can go out in the moonlight, I will knock on your door at any time with my cane. Don't laugh at the muddy wine brewed in the twelfth lunar month. There are many dishes for guests to enjoy on Fengshou Island.
The mountains overlap and the water twists and turns. I'm afraid there is no way out. Suddenly, a mountain village appeared in front of me. The day of playing flute and drum in the Spring Festival Club is coming. The villagers are dressed simply and still retain the ancient customs.
In the future, if I can go out for a walk in the bright moonlight, I will definitely knock on your door at any time with a cane. 4, "Shangyuan Zhi Zhu Ci" in the Qing Dynasty: Zeng Guihua was filled with walnuts, and the rice was washed like pearls.
I can see that Ma Jia is good at dropping powder and trying to sell Yuanxiao in the wind. Sweet osmanthus stuffing is wrapped in walnuts, and pearl-like glutinous rice is washed with well water. It is said that Ma Siyuan's dumplings are well made, and they sell Yuanxiao in the wind under the lamp test.
5, "Passing the Old Village" Tang Dynasty: Meng Haoran, prepare chicken rice for me, old friend, you entertain me on your farm. Green Woods surround the village and green hills are located outside the city.
Open the window facing the valley vegetable garden and pass the glass to talk about crops. Please come here to see chrysanthemums when the ninth festival comes.
My old friend prepared a sumptuous meal and invited me to his hospitable farmhouse. Green Woods surround the village and green mountains span the city.
Open the window to the grain field and vegetable garden and raise a glass to talk about crops. The Double Ninth Festival is here. Please come here to see chrysanthemums.
2. Poems about food
There are many things about food, such as: 1, Zhi Zhu's Ci in Shang Dynasty (Qing Dynasty), Fu Zeng's sweet-scented osmanthus stuffed with walnuts, and Jiang Mi's like a pearl well water scouring.
I can see that Ma Jia is good at dropping powder and trying to sell Yuanxiao in the wind. "Send Hu Cake and Yang Wanzhou" Bai Juyi's Hu Cake is like Kyoto, and its surface is crisp and oily.
I gave it to the Hungry Ambassador and Hungry Yang, but it seems to be a blessing. In the Southern Song Dynasty, Lu You wrote the Book of Food and Play. Xinjin has no leek yellow, and the color is more than three feet like goose yellow.
The meat in the east gate is unique, and the fat is not reduced. It's beautiful to eat noodles when you are hungry. It's just a scene of a cup of noodles traveling on land, with chopped green onion in your hand.
Su Tuo's confession in heaven is not easy to know. He claimed that Su Shi, the son of Zhang Gu's brother, was lush and angry at night, and only then did he see Summer Xu's second chick.
I really want to be a soup cookie, but I am worried about writing the wrong book. The bride who joined the army is an enemy, and a big man is happy.
I never know English, so I'll try to teach you how to call it. In winter, the cake is full of cold, and in the morning, the nose is frozen and tears are frozen, and the mouth is frosted.
Fill the vacancy and solve the war, soup and cake are the most. Weak as spring cotton, strong as autumn training, fragrant and far away.
Pedestrians are dripping with the wind, and children are watching and expecting. The man with the utensils licked his lips and let the waiter dry his throat.
Huang Tingjian, who crossed the thatched cottage, was supported by the south wind day by day. He was glad that the north wind would carry us. A cup of soup cake is messy with silver thread, and Artemisia is like a hairpin.
2. Like some things, many people have praised them. Bamboo shoots that eat bamboo shoots are regarded as "treasures in dishes" because of their white color, delicate quality and delicious taste. When they first entered the market, things were scarce and expensive. Li Shangyin praised: "The tender and fragrant buds just came out of the forest, and the price of the five tombs is as heavy as gold."
Bai Juyi's "Eating Bamboo Shoots" also said: "... the purple basket depreciates the brocade, and the vegetarian muscle breaks the new jade. Add a meal every day, and if you want to eat meat, you can enjoy it.
I have been a guest in Luo Jing for a long time, and this smell is often not enough. Don't hesitate to eat, the south wind blows bamboo. "
Su Dongpo, who served as a local official in Hangzhou twice, "would rather eat without meat than live without bamboo" and praised bamboo shoots in the poem "Arriving in Huangzhou for the first time". "It's okay to throw away chrysanthemums for a long time, but why can the bitter bamboo shoot finless porpoise endure it?" Lu You praised the "cat-headed bamboo shoots" in Jiangxi as "the color of the jade version of the cat's head bamboo shoots, and the taste is like the scarlet of the hump oxtail". Zheng Banqiao's poem "Fresh bamboo shoots in the south of the Yangtze River are cheaper than shad, and the spring breeze is rotten in early March", and the praise for burning shad with fresh bamboo shoots is even more vivid on the paper.
Eating pine flowers has the function of health care and beauty, and it was listed as a tribute in ancient times. Empress Wu Zetian of the Tang Dynasty liked Songhua very much. She often likes to eat a kind of "small refined cake" made of pine flowers.
Su Dongpo also likes to eat food made from pine flowers. He steamed pine flowers, Sophora japonica flowers and apricot flowers into rice, sealed them for a few days and got wine. He sang, "A catty of pine flowers is indispensable. Don't fry eight or two catties of pollen, five yuan for a flower of Sophora japonica and two catties of white honey, mash them together, eat them or wash them, and make them red and white until they are old." Chinese cabbage is also called "fermented grains" because it is "elegant, green and white, does not fade in winter, and has loose exercises every four hours."
There is a poem in Fan Chengda that says, "It tastes like honey lotus root. Zhumen meat has no taste and is only an ordinary dish. "
Su Dongpo, who likes to eat Dongpo meat, also praised it with "boiled mutton and dolphins" and "cabbage is better than cake sausage" He often uses shepherd's purse, radish, shepherd's purse and so on. Dongpo soup was made with rice flour and a small amount of ginger, and a poem was written: "I like to warm my stomach and drink in winter, but I know Dongpo cooks by hand."
Eating chestnuts chestnuts is also called chestnuts, hairy chestnuts, phoenix chestnuts and chestnut fruits. Regular consumption can achieve the purpose of anti-aging and prolonging life. Sun Simiao, the drug king, called it "the fruit of kidney, which is suitable for kidney disease." Su Zhe wrote a poem praising: "Shan Weng served Laos when he was sick with waist and foot."
According to Li Shizhen, "Bagging chestnuts, hanging and drying them, eating more than a dozen grains every morning, and then eating pig kidney porridge to help them, will be strong for a long time." Eating plum blossom is not only a famous ornamental flower, but also a good medicine. Bai Mei is the main medicine, which has the functions of "relieving vexation and quenching thirst, promoting fluid production and quenching thirst, soothing the liver and regulating qi, and regulating the stomach".
Yang Wanli likes to dip fresh plum blossoms in honey and leave immortal poems. Among them, "Evergreen Zhao Shuyin" has a cloud: "When fruits are cooked in the south, they gather in the north like boiling water. Only rattan cream can't be separated, so I have to chew plum blossoms. "
Eating Lily Lily is named after "dozens of pieces are tired of each other, like Bai Lianhua, and a hundred pieces are synthesized". Since ancient times, it has been loved by people as an auspicious thing, and it is a kind of food with rich nutrition, spleen and lungs. Edible shepherd's purse shepherd's purse is also called wild vegetables, ground vegetables, wild shepherd's purse, grass protection and so on. There are many tender leaves and roots, which have a unique and attractive fragrance and delicious taste. Scholars admire it, and Su Dongpo has a poem "Around the wheat field, you can cook mountain soup for the monk's house."
Lu You is addicted to being a slut. He praised his delicious fragrance by chanting poems: "The wall is cooked by hand and beautiful as a dolphin"; "Residual snow disappears at the beginning of the garden, and the beauty of soup is better than that of sheep and dolphins"; Even "I miss my fern tree every day, don't forget to go home in spring." Eating Artemisia selengensis has the function of appetizing and strengthening the spleen. It can be fried, made into soup or cold salad.
Lu You regards Artemisia selengensis as one of the godsend dishes, and his poem "Chugui Zafu" says: "When you cut Artemisia selengensis in a small garden for five acres, you don't feel deserted." Picking Artemisia selengensis is like being in a fairyland far away from the world. Lu you who eats hot porridge regards eating porridge as a "simple way" to keep fit. His poem "Eating Porridge" said: "Everyone in the world is a senior, but he didn't realize that it was now for many years.
I had to follow the popular method and only give porridge to the gods. Su Dongpo is also interested in eating porridge. When he was known in Xuzhou, he was drunk because of happiness. Farmer Aixian cooked porridge for him. After dinner, he felt very comfortable, so he gave the poem "Hot Porridge" the cloud of "body and mind are upside down without knowing it, but knowing that there is a real taste in the world".
Not only praised the delicious porridge, but also praised the kindness of farmers. Ruan Kuisheng also wrote a poem about porridge in Qing Dynasty: "Incense is more greasy than buttermilk than tea, and teeth are moistened blindly"; "In fact, the entrance didn't choke, and I couldn't touch my lips and couldn't lick my mouth." It can be said that eating porridge is three flavors.
Eating Chrysanthemum Chrysanthemum is called "prolonging life" in China, and many places have the habit of eating chrysanthemum. The poem "sitting under the hedge and enjoying flowers, a piece of cream is fresh in your mouth" is about the pleasure of eating chrysanthemums. Chrysanthemums are very popular with poets.
Li Qiao's poem "Happy Words Should be Written in Nine Days" said: "Celebrate Sanqiu in the evening, and celebrate the ninth day of Chongyang. The fairy cup is also full of chrysanthemums, precious blue. "
Wang Wei's poem said: "All corners of the country are full of wonders, and Sanqiu has a long history. There is no such day in a hundred lives, and long life is willing to stay in the sky.
Peony, Jinding and Cornus officinalis all have feasts. Infinite chrysanthemum festival, growing on the cypress beam. "
Zheng Suonan: "Taoist four flowers feed, bones are aura, and they are fragrant." Smell the chrysanthemum, clap your hands, laugh wildly and sing wildly, and write the prosperity of eating chrysanthemum in Song Dynasty.
As the saying goes, "If you drink chrysanthemum tea often, you will be blind when you get old." .

Friends and friends held a banquet in Qingyun Building.
Gourmet 12 with langjiu.
The staggered cups are used up,
The stone lion in front of the door is drooling.
Su Dongpo was exiled to Zhan County, Hainan Island. There is an old woman selling rice cakes in the local area. Her craft is good and the quality of doughnuts is high. But because the store is secluded and unknown, business has been bad. Knowing that Su Dongpo was a famous writer, the old woman asked him to write poems for the shop. Su Dongpo pitied her poor life, and the skill of this ring cake was really good, so she wrote a four-line poem:
The jade color is even when rubbing hands.
Blue oil is tender yellow.
Go to bed at night in spring and know the weight.
Crush a beautiful woman and embrace gold with her arms.

The belly is as big as a big pig, the eyes are prominent, and it is like a frog in Wu area.
When the bubble burst, it was lost in the throat.
Why should anyone eat food that hurts people like this?
I asked southerners, but they were full of praise for puffer fish.
It is said that fish is really delicious, and people who are silent about poison are more like hemp.
I can't refute them, thinking over and over again, and facing the surprise empty.
Han Yu came to Chaoyang and began to be afraid of eating snakes.
It wasn't long before Liu Zongyuan arrived in Longcheng to eat a calm frog.
Snakes and frogs are strange and disgusting in shape, but they have nothing to do with human life and have no fear.
The puffer fish tastes better than them, but the hidden evil is boundless.
Beautiful things must be evil, as the ancients said.

7. Describe delicious ancient poems, catchy ones, and don't describe a certain food.
Get up and play a bowl every day. It's full and I can't worry.
According to legend, it was created by Su Dongpo, a poet in the Northern Song Dynasty (Meishan, Sichuan). Dongpo meat originated from Huanggang, Hubei Province.
1080, Su Dongpo went into exile in Huanggang, where pigs were plentiful and meat was cheap, so he came up with this method of eating meat. Zhou Zizhi in Song Dynasty wrote in Zhupo Poetry: "Dongpo likes pigs by nature. When he was in Huanggang, he tasted Dongpo meat and wrote a poem "Eat Pork": "Slow fire, small water, hot enough for him to be beautiful.
Get up and play a bowl every day. It's full and I can't worry. Later, Su Dongpo came back from Huangzhou on 1085, and returned to Kaifeng, the capital, as Changzhou and Dengzhou, to serve in the imperial court. He was soon pushed out and asked to be transferred to Hangzhou as a prefect in 1089, so as to develop Huangzhou's experience of burning meat into Dongpo meat.
As a delicacy of Han nationality, it became popular in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces. Dongpo pork is made in memory of Dongpo, not created by Su Dongpo himself.
The prototype of Dongpo meat is Xuzhou meat appreciation, which is one of the four treasures of Dongpo in Xuzhou. In the tenth autumn of Xining in northern Song Shenzong (1077), the Yellow River burst and the flood did not return for more than 70 days.
Su Shi, a well-known person in Xuzhou, personally led officials in the city to fight floods, finally defeated the floods, and built the "Su Causeway" the following year. The people thanked Su Dongpo for the benefit of the people, killing pigs and sheep in succession and sending them to the state capital with food and wine to thank Su Gong.
Su Gong couldn't refuse, so he processed the meat and returned it to the people. Su Dongpo's method of cook the meat can be seen in his "Stewed Meat Song": "Slow fire, little water, firewood can't afford to smoke, don't worry when cooked, it will be beautiful when the heat is enough."
"Back to the meat" is characterized by fresh alcohol, oil but not greasy. Su Dongpo left four famous dishes in Xuzhou, including pork, golden toad playing with pearls, five-way chicken and drunken green shrimp. Later generations called these four dishes "Dongpo Four Treasures".
Nowadays, in the restaurants on the streets of Xuzhou, you can still taste Dongpo meat with endless aftertaste. Dongpo Meat was first created in Xuzhou. "Famous Cuisine in Ancient and Modern Xuzhou" records that when Su Shi became well-known in Xuzhou, the Yellow River burst, and Su Shi took the lead in building dikes to protect the city with the people of the whole city.
Xuzhou people slaughtered pigs and sheep and went to the government to comfort them. Unable to refuse, Su Shi instructed his family to cook braised pork and return it to the people. After eating, people feel fat but not greasy, crispy and delicious, so they call it "Sichuan style pork". When Su Shi demoted Huangzhou, he sang "Cooking Meat": "Huangzhou is a good pork, and its price is as cheap as dung.
The rich refuse to eat, and the poor don't know how to cook. Slow down the fire, less water, and it will look good when the fire is full.
People began to imitate each other and dubbed it "Dongpo Meat". When Su Shi was appointed as the second magistrate of Hangzhou, he made great contributions to dredging the West Lake.
When everyone gave him wine and meat to celebrate the New Year, Su Shi ordered pork and wine to cook for migrant workers. His family mistakenly thought that rice wine and pork were cooked together, but everyone felt crisper and better after eating. The reputation of "Dongpo Meat" slowly spread all over the country.
Su Shi was a famous great writer in the Northern Song Dynasty. He is not only profound in poetry and calligraphy, but also a gourmet in ancient China. He is also good at cooking, especially at braised pork.
The meat returned is braised pork created by Su Shi during his stay in Xuzhou. In April of the tenth year of Xining in Song Shenzong, Su Shi went to Xuzhou. On July 7, the Yellow River burst in Caocun, Zhuozhou. By August 2 1 day, Xuzhou was surrounded by floods, and the water level was as high as 20 feet.
Su Shi died himself, joined the Dutch army, led the imperial barracks, and built dikes to protect the city with the people of the whole city. After more than 70 days and nights of hard work, Xuzhou City was finally saved.
Everyone in the city is very happy. In order to thank the people of Xuzhou for their well-known leadership, they slaughtered pigs and sheep one after another and brought wine and vegetables to the government to comfort them. Su Shi can't refuse. After accepting it, he personally instructed his family to cook braised pork and gave it back to those who participated in the flood control.
After eating, the people all feel that the meat is fat but not greasy, crispy and delicious, and unanimously call it "back meat". Since then, "back meat" has spread all over Xuzhou and become a traditional dish in Xuzhou.
This is recorded in Xuzhou Literature and History Materials, Xuzhou Scenery Records and Xuzhou Ancient and Modern Famous Cuisine. On February 1st, the third year of Yuanfeng, Su Shi was demoted to Huangzhou as assistant minister.
He cultivated the land himself, so he called this place "Dongpo lay man". This is the origin of Su Dongpo.
During his stay in Huangzhou, he personally cooked braised pork and wrote his own experience as "Eating Meat Poetry". Sushi's braised pork in Xuzhou and Huangzhou has only local influence and is not well-known in the whole country.
The braised pork, which is really famous all over the country, is Su Shi's "Dongpo pork" when he was in Hangzhou for the second time. On July 3rd, 4th year of Yuan Dynasty, Su Shi came to Hangzhou to take office after fifteen years' absence.
During May and June of the fifth year of Yuan Dynasty, there was heavy rain in western Zhejiang, Taihu Lake flooded and crops were flooded in a large area. Because Su Shi took effective measures as early as possible, the people in western Zhejiang passed through the most difficult period.
He organized migrant workers to dredge the West Lake and build dikes and bridges to make it look brand-new. The people of Hangzhou are very grateful to Su Shi for this kind act. Everyone praised him as a clever official.
I heard that he liked pork best when he was in Xuzhou and Huangzhou, so everyone carried pigs and wine to pay New Year greetings to him during the Chinese New Year. After receiving it, Su Shi instructed his family to cut the meat into cubes, burn it red and crisp, and then distribute it to the migrant workers who took part in dredging the West Lake. Everyone was surprised after eating it, and they affectionately called the meat he sent "Dongpo Meat".
Tracing back to the source, Su Shi's braised pork was first created in Xuzhou, further improved in Huangzhou, and became famous throughout the country in Hangzhou. Extended data:
Now Dongpo meat is delicious, fat and thin, fat but not greasy, soft and waxy, which melts in the mouth and is delicious with cooking wine and seasoning.
But Su Dongpo's Dongpo meat was not so delicious at that time. Dongpo meat was boiled with salt at that time. Of course I can't eat without so much seasoning, but it's already a very good thing for those people in the Song Dynasty. Therefore, the real Dongpo pork made by Su Dongpo is cheap pork sold at a low price in the market, and then cooked with clear water.
Dongpo meat with a little taste began in the Ming Dynasty. I chose the best pork, which should be fat and thin. When cooking, a lot of spices, sugar, soy sauce and cooking wine are added. This water is not weak, but it tastes heavy. Dongpo meat in Ming Dynasty is my acceptable Dongpo meat. However, if Su Dongpo hadn't unlocked pork in the Song Dynasty, pork might be now.
