Xiamen University is surrounded by mountains and seas, with coconut groves. Xiamen University has a row of red top floors, namely Xueying Building, Tongan Building, Qunxian Building, Jimei Building and Capsule Firefly Building. There are many coconut trees around these buildings, and the blue sky and the red building are simply not too beautiful. The dormitory of Xiamen University is also very distinctive. The architectural style of the dormitory is the Republic of China style. In the dormitory, you can see Furong Lake by opening the window. What's more, what's stuck in the building is that kind of red brick, which looks very nice.
Furong Lake on campus is a very famous scenic spot of Xiamen University. When the weather is particularly good, the lake can clearly reflect the Jiageng architecture on the lake. Walking with the person you like by this lake is very romantic. The Lotus Tunnel on campus is also very famous. There is a big mural in the tunnel with various styles. Very fashionable and artistic. I think this place is very suitable for taking pictures. Young people must love to stay here.
There is also a coffee shop next to Furong Lake. It is also a good experience to sit and drink coffee and enjoy the scenery. Next to Xiamen University, there are Nanputuo Temple and Baicheng Beach, and some buildings in the university have also entered the list of China's 20th century buildings, which are cultural relics protection units. Interestingly, some Jiageng buildings in Xiamen University were designed by teachers and students of our school's architecture department, and the campuses designed by students themselves are different from other schools.
