If you want to avoid all kinds of diseases, you should always avoid the five pungents. It is good to soothe the mind and be happy, cherish the energy and preserve the peace. Life is determined by longevity and death, and cultivation is up to oneself. If we can follow this principle, we can reach the truth on flat ground.
Sun Simiao was a famous medical scientist in the Tang Dynasty. He studied medicine due to illness when he was young. He was familiar with hundreds of classics and history. He wrote the immortal works "Qian Jin Yao Fang" and "Qian Jin Yi Fang" each of 30 times. Volume, occupies an important position in the history of medicine in my country, and is revered as the "King of Medicine" by later generations. Sun Simiao not only had excellent medical skills, but also maintained good health. He was over 100 years old and was the oldest among medical scientists in our country. Sun Simiao also pointed out that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is an important aspect of health care. In particular, avoid eating and drinking at night and being drunk, so as not to cause adverse consequences such as stopping eating, indigestion, stomach damage, or liver damage.
