1, Wang Nan, 19781Born in Fushun, Liaoning Province on October 23rd, China table tennis player, currently director of the Cultural and Sports Department of the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League.

He started playing at the age of 2.7, 1989 joined the Liaoning team, and 1993 was selected for the national team. He won the singles and doubles championships in the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games. In 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, Wang Nan won the team championship. He won 24 world championships and then retired. On September 27th, 2008, he married Guo Bin, a business genius, and had a son. In March 2009, he joined the United Front Work Department of the Communist Youth League Central Committee.
