People's Republic of China (PRC) Civil Code Annotated Edition (Second Edition). The Civil Code was adopted at the third session of the 13th National People's Congress on May 28th, 2020. It is divided into seven parts 1260, namely, general provisions, property rights, contracts, personality, marriage and family, inheritance, tort liability and supplementary provisions. It is the focus of the law examination, and the new and revised contents need attention.
