Why are there mood swings? Why care about right and wrong? How can there be any distinction between good and evil? Only this word "knowledge" is the door to all the wonderful things. Grit your teeth here and keep it tight. Over time, you will be able to shatter the void and fully understand the original nature. The rest is just gossip and gossip, which will be of no use in a lifetime.

23. Anfuji 04 Anfusheng--: People are often influenced by the outside world and their own hearts, and they often lose their temper, but it is very painful for them to do so. What should they do? First, when we realize our mistakes and do not want to continue this wrong thought, it means that our practice has progressed and the power of mindfulness has arisen. I may have made mistakes in the past without feeling that I was wrong. Second, if you know you are wrong, but the power of habit cannot reverse it for a while, this is because you have insufficient concentration and insufficient power of righteous thoughts. On the one hand, you can strengthen the power of mindfulness by meditating in accordance with the law; on the other hand, you can sincerely take refuge in the Three Jewels and recite the name of Buddha and Bodhisattva sincerely with a repentant heart. In "Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva's Universal Door", Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva said: If there are many greedy living beings, if they recite my name sincerely, they will be freed from greed; if there are many angry living beings, if they recite my name sincerely, they will be freed from anger... Yes Saying the name of Guanyin Bodhisattva is a regular lesson. Third, through studying the teachings, understand that all dharmas are caused by causes and conditions, open up wisdom through clear principles, and tame worries

24. Anfuji 04 Anfu Sheng-: "What is it": Some people Shouting slogans to fight for interests exposes the biggest human weakness in the heart, which is self-centered personality. In the end, one can only rely on external systems to enforce restraints, euphemistically called the rule of law. If even the slightest selfishness in the heart can be liberated, the selflessness of life and the pure and peaceful brilliance of compassion will naturally be exposed, so why should there be any external coercion? This is actually the cultural difference between the West and the East.

25. "True Practitioner" by An Fusheng of Anfu Temple 07: You can't be satisfied with less, you need to cultivate your skills. Occasionally, I will be happy and understand, and continue to listen and meditate on the true Dharma. If knowledge and action are united, great potential will be achieved. Only when you let things go will you be able to be willful and carefree.

26. As meditation deepens, the experience of the mind changes from coarse to fine, and the realm of the object becomes more and more subtle and subtle. However, the method remains the same, which is to keep the mind tied to one state. Make it more and more obedient, stable and well-behaved. This is a bit like the method of connecting broken bones. For example, if a patient breaks his leg, the doctor will first straighten and connect the bones, then add a support to the outside to fix the position of the broken bone, bandage it, and then put a plaster on it. Don't let this area move. After a while, when the bones have recovered a bit, remove one layer and move slowly to prevent the leg from losing function. When it feels better, remove another layer. Finally, after all the restraints are removed, exercise and break the leg. Not only does the bone grow well, but its function returns to its original state.

27. Anfuji 04 Anfusheng--: French nectar: ??True practice is to have no fear, no confusion, no gains and no losses. If there are no obstacles in my heart, such as losing face or fear, and I have no worries inside, then I will be fine. Sometimes you have to be able to see things through, face challenges, adversities and favorable circumstances, and just go with the flow without realizing it. Once the thought passes through, everything is reality. What the world says about it is tantamount to not saying it. It cannot be said, and it cannot be unsaid. It is created by nature. It can be explained to those who know it, but it is difficult to talk to ordinary people!

28. Good teachers always use various convenient means to test us. When we really have no distracting thoughts and extravagant hopes in our hearts, our ability to adapt to the environment will also be enhanced. From a certain perspective It is said that the power of life has also been improved to a certain extent. No matter how the good teacher arranges it, if you can firmly respect and obey it, and study hard sincerely, you will definitely receive good blessings and training! 29. Anfuji 04 Anfusheng -: If you keep others' mistakes in your heart, you will use a magnifying glass to find faults everywhere and torture others again and again, which is not beneficial to yourself; if you keep kindness, tolerance and gratitude in your heart, Life will be full of sunshine, and all the bad things about others will disintegrate in your broad mind. Whether life is bitter or joyful, the key depends on what you like to be with; choosing what to put in your heart is a science.

30. Anfuji 04 Anfusheng--: The greatest sorrow in life is not being able to see oneself clearly, being self-centered, being too persistent, and being lost in self-prejudice. If you don't have the mentality of letting things happen and ask for everything to be done as you wish, then no environment will be able to satisfy you. Only by rectifying your body and mind, using wisdom to resolve obstacles in your heart, and getting rid of attachments, prejudices, and delusions, will all your troubles disappear.
