How to cultivate sorrow in Buddhism?
Kindness is to give love and happiness to all sentient beings; Sadness is because I know that all beings are suffering, and I have a strong desire to save all beings from suffering. We often call compassion and compassion "compassion" in the hope that all living beings can have fun and get rid of suffering.

Kindness, just as parents protect their children, parents will still love their children, regardless of whether the children are filial to their parents or have had rebellious and radical behaviors. Kindness means treating all sentient beings as your own children. No matter any sentient being in the Six Paths, I hope they can get happiness, peace, comfort and convenience as they wish.

Kindness should be used in body, mouth and heart. Cultivate kindness, language and meaning. "The Theory of Being a Bodhisattva" says: "The audience is born to be sincere." Tell us that the eyes of all beings should be full of goodwill and kindness, and never hate and glare. As the Buddhist scripture says, "people who look at saints in the opposite direction will actually fall into hell." The problem is that you don't know which one is a saint. If you roll your eyes at the saint, you will create a reason to go to hell.

Kindness, embodied in the dignity of the body, is gentle and gentle, quiet and soft, making people feel comfortable and comfortable, and does not do anything that hurts all beings. Kindness is embodied in saying beautiful words, which are pleasing to the ear, not hurting people with ugly words, not deceiving people with lies, not provoking each other with lies, not being confused by lies, not being satirized and despised, and not being despised and insulted.

Kindness, embodied in a pure heart, a pure heart, will always be the heart of all beings, and there is no idea of harming others and benefiting themselves. Make an oath forever: "I hope I will never hurt any sentient beings, and I hope I will not hurt even one hair of them." Kindness is natural and true, without hypocritical behavior, language and ideas.

Kindness is also reflected in equality, kindness and love for all sentient beings such as family members, servants and pets, so that they can live happily and peacefully. If you despise and insult others by relying on your power and feel that you are above others, then when your bad karma matures, you will become slaves, bullied and hated by others.

Kindness, especially for parents and patients with chronic diseases, should be treated with all strength and goodwill to make them feel happy and comforted. The venerable Adi Gorge once said, "If we can be kind to tired guests from afar, take care of patients with chronic diseases and serve elderly parents, it is equivalent to practicing empty compassion." Master Lotus Peanut also said, "Never let the old people feel sad, but respect and be kind to each other."

Compassion, the Dharma Sutra says: "If you want to get Buddha's fruit, you can't learn many methods. You should learn only one dharma. What you do is compassion. Anyone who has great compassion and compassion will get all the laws, and you will know them like the back of your hand. "

Compassion is the reason why bodhicitta can't survive. We must try to practice compassion from all aspects and through different channels. Sorrow is like a mother who lost her arms and saw her only son washed away by water. Imagine her as a helpless mother. How can she save her child from the rapids without arms? In fact, all six sentient beings were our parents and children. Now they are all involved in the painful karmic vortex, addicted to the sea of reincarnation, and we are unable to save them. So what should we do now? Then, you will learn to be extremely pious, pray for the blessing of the Sambo guru wholeheartedly, and follow the sage guru to practice Buddhism diligently. There is no other way.

What is compassion? When you see a sheep about to be slaughtered, you should think: What should I do if this sheep is my birth mother? My mother is tied up like this, moaning helplessly, and will be brutally killed. What should I do? When you think about it sincerely and feel pity, you should know that this sheep is not your mother in this life, but it has always been your parents in the past. At that time, she once raised you lovingly and painstakingly, just like the mother in this world. She used to be a great benefactor, and she is no different from your mother in this life. She is so pitiful at the moment. This is what happened in the past. If only she could get rid of the pain at once ... she was so sad that she couldn't help crying.

To cultivate compassion, it is necessary to constantly expand from observing individual circumstances to observing all sentient beings. If you just think about it casually, you won't have a deep understanding. Others think that since we should not covet our relatives and friends and hate our enemies, let nature take its course and never try to lead them to the right path. This is not equality, nor is there no difference, nor is it kindness and sadness, but ignorance, which is a kind of insensitive mentality, so that we will fall into ignorance and ignorance and fall into the darkness of reincarnation. Tibetans describe this kind of person: "If the Buddha flies in the sky, there will be no sincere admiration; If the intestines of all beings have been exposed, he will have no feeling. "We don't want to be such a person, but we should reflect on ourselves and see if our hearts have fallen into such ruthlessness.
