There are many things I want to complain about in the workplace:
First, no promotion and no salary increase.
When I first joined the company, my boss was very talkative about how good the company’s development prospects were and how big it would be in the future. The future of joining the company was unlimited, and I would get promotions and salary increases in the future. Later, There is no later. There was no promotion, let alone a salary increase.
Two, endless meetings.
During the day, we basically have meetings to discuss requirements, and then we have to cooperate with front-end joint debugging. We are constantly interrupted. There are several meetings to attend from time to time. For meetings that are not very important, I hold my laptop while meeting. When writing code, sometimes you will find that development has just started after get off work, and you can finally type code with peace of mind after get off work.
Three, forced to work overtime.
Probably the programmers in small companies are not programmers. They will disconnect the front-end and back-end servers for you every five minutes. If the computer is broken, they will come to you to repair it. They will also come to you to install the software. If you can’t hear the headphones, you will come to them. I really think that’s all. Is this it? System users come to you with all kinds of problems that they don’t know how to use. Only when everyone is off work can they have time to write code.
It can be said that migrant workers have already tried their best to make a living. A qualified migrant worker must get up at six or seven in the morning, catch the first bus or subway, and commute for more than an hour to work in the city center. Rain or shine.
After a quick snack at noon, after 9pm, the subway station was still packed with people, like canned sardines. Lisa occasionally works overtime. When she dragged her heavy body into the subway station, she found that she was surrounded by people working overtime. At that moment, she felt both comforted and sadder.
People who work hard for a living dream of making their work easier. They have no time to be pretentious or think about the meaning of life.
