4. If it is empty but not yielding, it will get better when it moves. It is better to keep in mind than to keep in mind.

The general idea: If you cannot keep quiet, but claim to be knowledgeable and knowledgeable, and then talk too much, it will soon lead to failure. It is better to stay quiet and do nothing to achieve success.

6. See simplicity and be simple, be less selfish and have fewer desires.

7. If you don’t see yourself, you will be clear; if you don’t know what you are, you will be enlightened; if you don’t cut yourself off, you will be successful; if you are not proud of yourself, you will be strong; you will not fight, so no one in the world can compete with you.

The general idea: Don’t show off yourself, don’t be self-righteous, so you will be more prominent; don’t boast about yourself, so you will have merit; don’t think you are worthy, so you will be respected; only those who don’t compete with others, there will be no one in the world People can compete with him.

8. He who knows others is wise, and he who knows himself is wise. He who conquers others is powerful, and he who conquers himself is strong.

General idea: People who can understand others are wise, and people who can understand themselves are wise. People who can defeat others are powerful, and people who can defeat themselves are truly strong.

9. Man follows the earth, earth follows the sky, heaven follows the Tao, and the Tao follows nature.

The general idea: Man takes the Dharma and the Earth, the Earth takes the Dharma and the Heaven, and the Heaven takes the Dharma and the Dao, and the Dao is purely natural.

10. Being heavy will lead to weak roots, being quiet will lead to being impetuous, being too light will lead to losing the roots, and being impatient will lead to losing the ruler.

General idea: Heaviness is the foundation of imprudence, and tranquility is the master of restlessness. If you are imprudent, you will lose your foundation, and if you are impetuous, you will lose your dominance.
