The competition organizing committee hires national experts to serve as members of the preliminary and final selection committees. In the preliminary stage, there will be 60 people with the best popularity awards (30 each with hard pens and brushes), and the candidates with the popularity awards can directly enter the finals. Players from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao will be evaluated according to the same ratio and will not be included in the evaluation ratio for mainland students.
