If you violate your own principles even once, you will violate more principles in the future.

Daily study plan as of last weekend (14th) - teaching materials that should be read, The level 4 words that should be memorized, the listening exercises that should be done, etc. can all be completed on time every day without procrastination or staying up late.
Sometimes the motivation for learning is particularly strong, the motivation for learning is just right, and the task can be exceeded. Go to bed early and get up early to complete the day's tasks easily. Every day is fulfilling, so I am in a good mood.
However, last weekend, spring blossomed and the sun shone brightly. I couldn’t resist the temptation of the good weather and went out for a whole day, disrupting all my plans.
Before going out to play, I thought it would be okay if I delayed it for a whole day. I could make up for it in the evening and Monday, so it wouldn’t be a big problem. Enjoy the weekend happily, cheerfully and joyfully.
It turns out that I have no intention of studying at night. Holding the phone, I told myself that I would only play for 15 minutes, but in fact I spent an hour playing. It continued until the next day.

The next day there are tasks for the next day, plus the unfinished tasks from the previous day, and there are online classes on Monday. I tried my best to supplement, but the more I supplemented, the more tired I became, and the more I supplemented, the more irritable I became.
As a result, I originally planned to read all the teaching materials on the 21st, but as a result, I still stayed at the content on the 15th until today.
The date for memorizing the Level 4 vocabulary book ended on the 19th. I missed a day of listening to Level 4 listening. I went to bed after 11:30 many nights and couldn't get up at 7 o'clock in the morning...
I can’t continue writing the plan because everything is messed up and I don’t know how to proceed. You have to start over again, and you have to spend time planning, planning, adjusting time and status...

Starting over again requires time, cost and mood. Furthermore, there has been a precedent of giving up, and it will be difficult to persevere again.
Every time you break your own plans and principles, you will feel that it doesn't matter the next time, and in the end you will have no principles. As the saying goes, what is owed must always be paid back. The more you owe, the stronger your sense of powerlessness will be, which will eventually lead to giving up.
Think carefully before making a plan. Even if it is just a small task that needs to be adhered to, don't just make a plan on a whim.
Once you have made a plan, don’t break your principle of completing it every day. Once you open the first question, there will be follow-up questions. If you plan to go out for fun on the weekend, you would rather set fewer daily plans or tasks and be more relaxed.
If you mess up your own plans, you will mess up your principles. In the end, you will give up halfway and gain nothing. Stick to it and be a principled person!
P.S.: It’s best not to make plans at night or right after reading an inspirational story, as it may just be an impulse.
Proverbs are an inherent spiritual and cultural heritage of a nation, which reflects a nation's outlook on life and world. I arranged it for everyone. I hope you like it.<
