Only by enduring hardship can one become a master. Helping others is the basis of happiness. There is no end to the sea of ??suffering, but when you turn around, you will reach the shore. Helping others is a virtue. When Heaven is about to entrust this person with a great responsibility, he must first suffer his mind, strain his muscles and bones, starve his body and skin, deplete his body, and do not mess up his actions. Of course people should survive, but for the sake of evolution; they may as well suffer, but in order to relieve all future suffering; they should fight, but for the sake of reform. There is no choice between life and death, misfortunes and blessings, let alone the struggle for beauty through joy and hardship! Happiness comes from hardship. Only happiness gained through hard work and struggle is true happiness. It is impossible for a piece of happiness to fall from the sky for you to enjoy.
To take pleasure in suffering, to have joy in suffering, to turn suffering into joy, to have joy in suffering, to have suffering in happiness, without suffering there is no happiness, without happiness there is no such thing as suffering, not knowing the suffering within suffering, being difficult for others to avoid. Struggling for happiness is the nature of human nature. Being able to suffer and enjoy happiness is the calmness of being a human being. Turning suffering into happiness is the transcendence of the wise. More suffering and less happiness is the inevitable happiness of life. It is not the accumulation of suffering, but the summary of suffering. Why not be happy in life? What's the harm in laughing with the world and enjoying the joy in the midst of suffering?
