When they are willing to put down their dreams and stay at home, every husband should be kind to women who leave the workplace.

Second, what kind of mentality should we have in the face of gender discrimination?

In fact, strictly speaking, it is impossible for every company to discriminate against other people's gender, but often some interviewers just feel frustrated after feeling gender discrimination and do not report it to the relevant labor department. I don't think it's necessary to care too much about gender discrimination. The signing of labor contracts between companies and employees is two-way. Since the company has such an idea, it is not worthy to have a labor relationship with itself. You should have a dream mentality when looking for a job. Every company wants its employees to be full of vigor and vitality, and their success will become a case sooner or later.

3. Do I feel sexist?
