There is a friend I admire very much. We all call him Brother Baolai. He is from Zhongmou. He is a doctor and works in pharmaceutical sales. He is righteous, speaks straightforwardly, and is enthusiastic towards others. Brother Baolai’s WeChat name is Xiaoyaozi. Just like the name of WeChat, what he pursues is the quality of Xiaoyaozi and he lives a happy and free life.

Brother Baolai has elegant interests and lives in a quiet place, like a fairyland. There are rockeries, fountains, bamboos, flowers, pomegranate trees, jujube trees, apricot trees, music, swings, and tea tables in the courtyard. The entire courtyard is a poem and a painting. There is also a famous saying by Su Shi engraved on the wall of the courtyard: You can eat without meat, but you cannot live without bamboo. No meat makes you thin, and no bamboo makes you vulgar. People who are thin can still gain weight, but scholars and common people cannot cure it. In my free time, I play melodious music, look at the rockery fountain, sit next to the swing table, and sip fragrant tea. I really feel like a fairy!

Brother Bora has a wide range of hobbies. He likes to take care of flowers and plants. There are many kinds of tea, including black tea, green tea, black tea, white tea, everything you want. The shape of the tea table is also very unique. The tree-root-like shape is very artistic. The kettle for boiling water and the cup for drinking tea are pleasing to the eye. When drinking tea, Brother Baolai would tell us about the world and various aspects of life. His humorous words often made us laugh. While we were happy, we also gained knowledge without knowing it.

Brother Baolai is best at cooking. The big pots he cooks make you scream with excitement! Don't think this is an ordinary dish, this dish is well made. I have to buy meat from the one in Apple Orchard. The meat is of good quality. Add some winter melon, tofu and vermicelli. The procedure for making this stew is complicated. First, blanch the meat in water, marinate it with soy sauce and salt, and set aside. Then fry the Sichuan peppercorns, take them out, add onion and ginger and stir-fry until the tofu is golden. I eat steamed buns, chili oil, and vegetables. I have to eat at least two bowls. After drinking another glass of wine, the feeling is simply ecstasy.
