In fact, there are many people who hold similar views with Confucius, and they are all famous philosophers. For example, Schopenhauer, a painful philosopher, despises women extremely; And Nietzsche, you must remember his more extreme statement about picking up a whip when facing a woman. The world has never hated for no reason, just as there is no love for no reason. For example, Schopenhauer, a poor philosopher, was tortured and harassed by a wicked landlord every time he thought hard about the mysteries of the universe and life. And this landlady was almost "rough" by the unbearable philosopher. Compared with Schopenhauer who moved his fist and Nietzsche who advocated whipping, our Confucius was much more subtle. He just complained that it was "difficult to raise". Moreover, he combined women with villains, and the meaning here has actually changed. First of all, we must find out the true meaning of this sentence. Although people often say this sentence, I doubt if they really understand it. After reading the Analects of Confucius, we know that the complete original text should be: "Only women are difficult to raise, and if they are near, they will not have grandchildren, but if they are far away, they will complain." The complete meaning of this sentence should be: if only women can find ways to perfunctory, get along and serve, if only villains can find ways to perfunctory, get along and serve, but if women collude with villains, there is no way and it is difficult to perfunctory, get along and serve. Why? And "Wei" is an absolute reference, which means that it is difficult for women and villains to support only under such circumstances. If we fully understand this sentence, we will understand that there is anger and condemnation from Confucius, which are clearly helplessness, frustration and fear, and the complaints and sighs caused by it. Compared with Schopenhauer and Nietzsche, he is more timid and worried. The well-known reason is probably the story of Confucius defending the country. Confucius was warmly received by the monarch and the national spirit in defending the country. One day, however, Fu Nanzi of Wei Linggong sent someone to see Confucius and said, "Gentlemen from all directions are not humiliated. If you want to be brothers with a widowed gentleman, you must meet him. Widowed Xiaojun is willing to see. " Confucius "had to watch." The meeting was very funny. "Confucius was introduced and paid tribute to the north." Wei Nazi thanked her in the tent, jingling with Yu Pei's jewelry. This incident aroused the extreme disgust of Confucius. A month later, Wei Linggong invited Confucius to travel. Wei Linggong and his wife Nanzi took the first bus and Confucius took the second bus, which is very popular among the current heads of state. Confucius said,' I don't see good virtue as lewd.' So ugly, go to Wei, go to Cao. "Wei Linggong and his wife Nanzi are vain and pushy, which makes Confucius very annoying. Confucius thought that a person who paid attention to moral cultivation would not be so keen on wine and color, so he chose to leave. At that time, Confucius was already a celebrity. Confucius thought that Wei Linggong's hospitality was just arty to gain fame, and he didn't really appreciate his knowledge. Many people think that it is this kind of experience that makes Confucius say that "only women are difficult to raise." However, if Confucius disliked Wei Linggong and his wife so much, it would be unreasonable and inconsistent with his golden mean. Anyway, Wei Linggong was very kind to Confucius. Although Mrs. Nanzi was vain and narrow-minded, she didn't disrespect Confucius. In addition, Confucius was detained by the State of Chen because he looked like Lu, the enemy of the State of Chen, before he came to defend the country. Later, he almost died because of his rescue. Therefore, it seems that Confucius should not have such a fierce reaction. There must be a reason for this. In my opinion, one of the reasons is that Confucius saw danger. The so-called "I don't see any virtue in a good lover" actually gives Wei Linggong a "villain" judgment. And because Wei Linggong likes Nanzi's wife too much, that is, the woman we mentioned earlier is in close collusion with the villain, and the villain listens to women too much, which is what Confucius said about danger. As long as Confucius showed a little disrespect to Nanzi that day, maybe disaster would come. So Confucius had to run quickly. Mrs. Nanzi asked Confucius to visit her, which was actually a threat and a hint. The second reason lies in a painful experience of Confucius' ancestors. Maybe everyone doesn't know that Confucius was actually not from Shandong, but from Song Dynasty. In 7 10 BC, Kong, the sixth ancestor of Confucius, served as a fu in the Song Dynasty. "Fu Jia has a good wife", which means that Kong's wife is very beautiful. One day, she also "went out" in a carriage and met Taizai Huadu. Du Yue, look. "Since then, the disaster has been planted. In order to get Kong's wife, they sent people to spread rumors everywhere, slandering Song and Kong to wage wars frequently (the actual situation is that Song was harassed by Zheng and its vassals many times because he offended Zheng), and then incited dissatisfied people to launch riots to kill Kong and Song and steal Kong's wife (see Song Weizi in Historical Records). Mu Jinhu, the son of Confucius, was quietly held hostage by servants and fled to Shandong. This man is the fifth ancestor of Confucius. Thus the Confucius family settled in Shandong. I think this is the fundamental reason why Confucius came to the conclusion that "only women are difficult to raise". Among them, the situation of Kong's wife traveling out of the city by car is similar to that of the couple. Moreover, there is a key sentence: "Du is the father and wife". This shows that Kong's wife was "seduced" before she started to get rid of Kong, and they had an affair. Another example of collusion between women and villains. In this case, the woman is actually Confucius' sixth grandmother. More interestingly, the experiences of Confucius and his wife and Confucius and his wife are the true portrayal of the two endings of "resentment" and "infidelity". Confucius kept his distance from Mrs. Nanzi (far away), which almost aroused the disgust of Mrs. Nanzi and even Wei Linggong (what Nanzi sent someone to suggest that Confucius said when he visited himself showed that Wei Linggong knew about it and supported it); Kong is the courtier of the villain. He colluded with his wife and got too close, which led to his death. These two short sentences contain real experiences, vigilance and fear of the adverse consequences of collusion between "villains" and "women", which is actually a profound "political wisdom". By this time, we should be able to understand why Confucius was so disgusted and angry at the collusion between women and villains. In fact, it stems from a family's unforgettable history of shame and is deeply hidden in memory. It warned the sage with the pain that almost led to the destruction of Confucius' family, "only women are difficult to raise." Therefore, a woman's best destination is "no talent is virtue", otherwise, she will find it difficult to resist the temptation of villains. This is a prescription given by Confucius to women.
