2. Lesions that occur in the legs are complications of varicose veins, often with local redness and tenderness. Because the great saphenous vein is connected with the renal vein at the junction of the perforating branch vein and the great saphenous thigh, once it grows to the deep vein, it will produce deep vein thrombosis, and the thrombus will fall off and there will be a risk of pulmonary embolism. Phlebitis is a small problem, but it may develop in a serious direction and cause serious consequences. Therefore, early diagnosis and treatment of phlebitis should be carried out, and the treatment methods include topical drugs, etiological treatment, embolectomy, clearing varicose reflux or trunk stripping.
