Site selection: There should be a good drainage channel at the construction site of electronic weighbridge foundation, and the installation position should not be lower than the surrounding area, otherwise, water will accumulate and the weighbridge will be submerged, and the sensor will be damaged due to low terrain and rain. For shallow foundation pits, drainage channels should be set up. In addition, there must be enough straights at both ends for cars to get on and off, and the straights at both ends should be at least equal to the length of the platform.

Basic considerations for electronic weighing instruments:

The concrete foundation must be poured and excavated below the local frozen soil line. During the construction, the concrete label shall be ensured, and the dimensions such as levelness and position shall be ensured when pouring embedded parts, and the embedded parts shall not be displaced when pouring concrete. After the foundation pouring is completed, it shall be maintained according to the civil code, and the weighbridge can be installed only after the concrete reaches the design strength index.

If the maintenance period is to be shortened, measures such as adding "early strength agent" are allowed under the guidance of professional and technical personnel during construction. For lightning protection, grounding piles should be set according to local conditions, and the grounding resistance should be ensured.
