"Eating a bowl of fireworks" in the first part of the couplet means that the ancients said that immortals "don't eat fireworks", while we mortals, born in the world, have no reason not to eat fireworks, so it is also a beautiful thing for family and friends to eat a bowl of rice and enjoy fireworks.

The bottom line has a similar meaning. Life is inevitably ups and downs, just like the ups and downs of a glass of wine. It's not just three or five friends having a drink together, talking about life, talking about the past, and letting the ups and downs of life vent in the glass.
