Because I am the only one doing Montessori education in our county, there is no competition, so it is very easy. And there are many people doing it in the city. 2, Montessori level gap. Because the teaching methods of Montessori math teachers in these kindergartens look similar to traditional teaching methods. Just blindly instill some boring things in mathematics into children. But there is a real lack of shaping children's knowledge, mind and personality. And some Montessori teachers impose their so-called Montessori theory on their children just to make money blindly. In the end, the child did not learn and did not get the approval of his parents. When the teacher who really understands Montessori education comes, there is really no chance. This kind of teacher is a disgrace to Montessori. 3. The arrangement of Montessori class is in conflict. Although some children don't attend special Montessori classes, they also want to receive some Montessori education, but they are afraid that attending Montessori classes will delay the knowledge they are learning now, so some kindergartens are not careful enough in curriculum arrangement. 4. Lack of teaching AIDS. Some kindergartens say they are teaching Montessori classes. But their teaching AIDS are all poor papers. There are twenty or thirty children in a class, so it is impossible for each child to operate the teaching AIDS by himself. The most important thing in Montessori is to let each child operate it by himself. As the child mentioned in front of my blog said: Just let me listen and I will forget! Let me think, maybe I'll remember! Let me do it myself, I really understand! This sentence is Montessori's famous saying. There are several kindergartens that do a full set of Montessori education, which is really great and makes me feel ashamed. Children who learn from Montessori are really smart. These kindergartens have really brought into play Montessori's educational philosophy and essence! I hope they can do better and better! 6. All Montessori mathematics education in the city is basically taught according to textbooks (the calculation of three-year small class, middle class and large class may only be within 100). Personally, I spent three months teaching three-year courses, and at the same time let my children learn addition and subtraction within 1000, simple geometry and statistics, as well as some quantitative concepts and graphic concepts. In the process of teaching, I will also integrate some games like courses, which are available in every class, fully embodying happy teaching. In fact, I think education should be innovative and keep pace with the times. 7. Some kindergartens seem to be engaged in Montessori teaching. In fact, I think they are only using Montessori teaching materials, and the so-called Montessori teachers have not received formal training (Montessori teachers must receive formal training) but attend classes for the sake of attending classes, and have not integrated Montessori educational thoughts and Montessori thoughts into Montessori teaching. What's the use of having a body without a soul? For example, if you wear a dress to promote a company's products, does it mean that you are a member of this company? Montessori education advocates freedom, love, environment and mind.

At the same time, I feel that in the process of Montessori teaching, there is still a lack of game elements, and the purpose of entertaining education has not been fully achieved. Montessori education also attaches great importance to the shaping of teaching environment. If our Montessori teacher can create a relaxed, happy and playful environment, I think children can not only have fun, but also learn mathematics knowledge, so that they can truly feel that "mathematics can be learned and played like this."

Yesterday, the director of a kindergarten asked me that you spent 2~3 months teaching children addition and subtraction within 1000, simple statistics and plane geometry, as well as some graphic concepts and quantitative concepts. Isn't it a little too soon? Will the child forget it in the future? Can children learn? In fact, there are 1 prerequisites for me to teach Montessori mathematics, that is, to know the number 1 to 10 and write the number 1 to 10. It doesn't matter whether you can add or subtract, as long as you put your heart into it, because there is a saying: children without problems are only parents with problems. Our country is keeping pace with the times, whether economically or politically, or even in some legal documents. The same is true of education, which should keep pace with the times. Why are there so many prodigies in society now? "I knew thousands of Chinese characters at the age of three, I could add and subtract hundreds of thousands of numbers at the age of six, and I was admitted to a famous American university in my teens" and so on. These can be said to be the fruits of education. Of course, I personally think that not all good educational methods are suitable for every child. The key is to see if the child adapts and is attentive!
