Four, slogans, promotional materials to font neat, standardized writing, clear handwriting, and keep clean, intact and beautiful.
Five, hanging slogans and posting promotional materials shall not hinder traffic, shall not damage trees, shall not damage public facilities, shall not affect social order. Seventh slogans and publicity materials that exceed the approved posting period or are worn out, untidy and unsightly, will be replaced and removed by the posting unit or individual. The dilapidated slogans and posters along the street shall be removed by the responsible unit of sanitation and cleaning or the responsible unit of three bags in front of the door. Article 8 Units that violate these provisions shall be dealt with by the environmental sanitation administrative organ in accordance with the following provisions according to the seriousness of the case:

The environmental sanitation administrative organ shall impose a fine on individuals who hang or paste in violation of these regulations. Article 9 The environmental sanitation administrative organ and its staff shall strengthen the management and supervision of the posters and publicity materials posted, and have the right to remove the posters and publicity materials posted in violation of these regulations. Article 10 These Provisions shall be implemented by the Municipal Environmental Sanitation Administration, and the specific issues in the implementation shall be interpreted by the Municipal Environmental Sanitation Administration.
